IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Atalaya Towers complex will undergo exterior waterproofing and maintenance from October 27, 2025, through early 2026. Work will include balcony and window repairs, painting, and waterproofing. Guests may experience construction noise, limited balcony access, and visible work crews during this period.

11th Floor Oceanfront Unit, Private Balcony, Elevator, 1 Parking Spot (2nd Spot Pending Availability, Not Guaranteed), Motorcycles are Permitted but Must Be Parked in Overflow Parking Lot Located Directly Across the Street, Outdoor Shower, Shared Indoor & Outdoor Pool (Indoor Pool Hours: 9am-11pm, Outdoor Pool Hours: 10am-11pm and Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st), Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed

(Three): 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin with a Twin Trundle)
BATHROOM LOCATIONS
(Two): 1 Private (King En Suite), 1 Shared Hall Access
PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
