Wunderschöne Ocean View -Totally Renoviert-auf Golfplatz

We wanted a condo in Keauhou on the golf course with ocean views. We wanted a luxury condo where we could relax and decompress. It needed to be within walking distances of the ocean and restaurants. The condo needed to be updated and well appointed. We wanted little to no stairs to have to lug suite cases up. We achieved our wish list with this condo! The first thing we fell in love with of our condo was the view! I truly feel we have the most beautiful lanai in the complex. The view of the Pacific Ocean over the golf course is incredible and the lush plantings on and around the lanai are unmatched. Sitting on the garden lanai, watching the sunset with a cold drink while your dinner cooks on the gas grill is pretty nice!
When we bought the condo it needed an extensive remodel. Although it was expensive to do, this remodel gave us a clean slate to start over, remodel and decorate.

We created an open feeling with all rooms (except baths) having ocean views.
This open plan does not compromise privacy. 2 couples can sleep with privacy. The day room can be closed off from the living room by sliding out the 4-panel doors and the murphy bed has a comfortable queen size mattress.
The queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room can also be used for a comfortable third sleeping area.
In the kitchen we installed tall custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Accessorized it with all sorts of knives, mixing bowls, rice cooker and so forth to satisfy the gourmet chef. We even have a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker and coffee grinder as well as a French Press.
Ceiling fans are installed through-out. Walls surfaces are all hand textured. Porcelain and travertine tile is used throughout.
The 2 flat screen “Smart” TV’s both have cable TV, free Netflix and commercial free Pandora radio.
Free secured Wi-Fi broadband internet for both speed (50 Mbps!) and security.
Although the Keauhou Akahi condo is very exclusive and safe, for our guest’s peace of mind and optimal security, there is a room safe bolted to the closet floor and a motion sensor alarm that can be turned on at night to monitor the lanai and sliding glass and screen doors.
Our guests are welcome to use the full size stacker washer and dryer.
Plenty of quality towels, pillows and linens for all three beds.
We provide beach towels, ice chests, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and so forth.
The Master bedroom suite does have Air Conditioning but most people will not feel the need to use it because of the cool ocean breezes and the many ceiling fans. Feel free to use either of the two phones to call to anywhere within the United States or Canada for free.
