Diese Aufwertung der Wohnung ist die größte in der Komplex mit einem Wrap-around-Veranda mit seitlichem Meerblick auf der einen Seite und einen Garten / die Berge auf der anderen mit 3 Schiebern Ausgehen zum Lanai aus dem Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Kürzlich aktualisiert mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche und Master-Bad. Marmorfliese in der gesamten Küche, Esszimmer und Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengestellt werden können, um einen König zu machen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine neue und sehr komfortabel in voller Größe Schlafsofa. 4-6. Einheit einen sehr großen Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, und voll mit Geschirr / Töpfe / Pfannen usw. bestückt Grillplatz neben dem Pool verfügt über 4 Gasgrills, Outdoor-Küche und Essbereich. Der Poolbereich, die über einen Whirlpool verfügt, wurde wunderschön mit Stein Features und jede Menge Liegestühle und Tische mit Sonnenschirmen umgebaut. Tennisplatz befindet sich direkt hinter der Wohnung, nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

We would recommend this location. We had a lovely stay and the manager was an excellent communicator. The location is beautiful and right by the beach. The pool and hottub were well maintained. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of things we needed in the kitchen as well as for the beach. It was a little lacking in cleanliness, but not bad by any means, (no bugs or mold) just some sand on the floors when we arrived, a couple of dishes and pans weren’t super clean, and some stains on furniture. But I also think that is part of doing vrbo. You are getting a great price because it is more like staying at a friends house and less like a hotel/resort.

Amazing propert

We loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of sand toys, pool noodles and a cooler. Condo was clean and comfortable. The proximity to magic sands was fantastic. The condo pool and hot tub offered nice variety. Definitely coming to stay again! The owner was quick to respond and very gracious. Thank you so much!!

Kona condo across from Magic Sands beach

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, an large enough for my entire family to stay comfortably. The unit has a large kitchen that made cooking meals very convenient for my family. Wonderful location and we highly recommend this unit! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location in Paradise

We've been to The Big Island several times before. This property was very clean and directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, which is one of the few sandy beaches on the Kona coast. Close to town and shopping. It is also one of the few properties that has central AC, although you won't need it much this time of year (January). I highly recommend this property, and we'll be back the next trip!

B.I. - Bucket list

White Sands Village is in a great location with an amazing sunset beach literally across the street. We enjoyed coming “home” after full days of exploring this beautiful island. The condo is well stocked with essentials. The wrap around patio is so peaceful in the mornings and late evenings. Awesome Family Vacation Home Base

This Kona condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 grown kids). The location really was convenient - a 2 minute walk to the beach and easy drive to town, plus easy access to the main road for exploring the island. We enjoyed the large kitchen and livingroom, and spent lots of time relaxing on the patio. Check in was simple, and communications were good. The place needs a new/improved bed in the master bedroom and new bedding. Updating the twin beds to fulls would be good. Could use a deep cleaning. We were surprised by the last minute notification that there'd be construction crews just outside the doors all day during the week. It wasn't ideal, but we made it work. Overall, a great vacation week.

Perfect Location, good unit - good host

This was our first time staying in Kona and our first time staying on the Big Island and Kona. First, as the map and the reviews say the location is perfect. This spot is so convenience and directly across a lovely beach with sand (rare for this area). Pros: Walk across to Magic sands beach and you can swim, body surf or even snorkel. Nice to walk across and get in the ocean in all of 3 mins tops. Also Magics grill for dinning out (a bit $$$) is still a good option. The complex has a nice, updated pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table. The unit has a very large lanai - and half of which has a nice view of tropical plants so nice privacy there. I would recommend this spot to others. We had a nice time. Host was responsive and tried to address anything that was of issue. Areas of improvement: Agree with others that the unit could use a "deep cleaning" there are obvious areas in the shower that need some extra cleaning and a layer of dust on some lamps. Master room bed mattress does need to be replaced it’s a bit like a waterbed but a normal spring bed that is very wobbly. I wish I knew the tennis courts were under construction so next time I book, I will ask about the possibility, it is Hawaii, so things move slow sometimes.

This place is perfect! It’s just as described. The beach is literally across the street which made it so convenient.The condo has all the amenities you would need for the beach like beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all your amenities including pots and pans, plenty of silverware, dish soap for washing dishes as well as dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms. One with a tub/shower and the other with walk-in shower. The laundry machine and dryer is in the master bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The wrap around Lanai is nice place to relax in the morning and evening. We did not have any issues but the host did let us know that the property management were going to do routine maintenance. I would definitely stay here again.

It is directly across the street from the beach which was great in the morning to get up and go swim. The condo had everything you would need for the beach and inside the condo to be comfortable.

Very convenient and clean, and most of all, Stewart and Karen made it a breeze for travelers by providing some of the necessities needed. This really sets them apart from other accommodations I've stayed at, as it made a big difference in the overall experience

Fabulous condo for family

We were very please with this condo. The bedrooms were great, and every time we thought “I wonder if she has this” we found it. It is directly across from Magic Sands beach which was wonderful. We would walk down in the morning, come back for lunch and a break, and walk back down in the late afternoon. I would definitely consider staying there again if I returned.

Comfortable stay

We had a fantastic trip. We loved being across the street from the beach. My kids loved the pool. The condo was as advertised. We also felt like the property owner went above our expectations. The airline made a change to our flight and we had to check out a day early. We sent a message to let them know and didn’t expect a refund for the lost day because of the poor timing. The property owner was so kind and understanding.

Perfect Condo

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. The birds chirping in the morning was a lovely sound. The beds were very comfortable and having towels for the beach was handy to have and the beach chairs. Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well. Access to the beach across the street was nice. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but the bbq and amenities at the pool looked so nice with tables and chairs to sit under a pergola. We very much recommend utilizing this condo for anyone interested. Thank you!

Great Place

White Sands Village is across the street from Magic Sands beach. It is a great location, 5 minutes to downtown Kona. The condo is well equipped with all amenities you would need. There is a wrap around lanai with foliage on one side which provides some privacy. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and 3 grills. The owner, Karen, is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Bobbie, the matriarch of the family, fell in love with this area when on vacation and purchased the condo where she lived for 25 years. She was attracted to the beauty and serenity of the area, the beach right across the street, close proximity to town and shopping, and of course - the beautiful pool just steps away.
