Thank you to Gary for letting us stay in his lovely house in Lanzarote. We found it well equipped and comfortable for 4 people, and the quiet and beautiful development was a great base, with easy access to the town, marina and several beautiful beaches.We really enjoyed our meal at Buenos Aires, as well as visiting Playa Mujeres and Playa Dorada and the further drive to Hervideros and El Golfo. Aqualava was good for young children, while our surfing lessons at Famara Beach and day trip to Jameos del Agua were definite highlights.Some of the neighbours were also lovely and very welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great holiday and would happily return.

Beautiful house in great location!

We had a great stay at Gary‘s beautiful house. Pool was perfect for swimming, shops and coastal walk nearby, and we enjoyed walking to the harbour and nice restaurants in beautiful atmosphere. Thanks again for your kind hospitality, Gary!

Perfect duplex villa

Really nice property. It was ideal for us. Spotlessly clean in a tidy peaceful complex. The property itself had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the Rubicon Marina with all its shops and restaurants. We will definitely try and use again.

Great location/complex

Well equipped house. Milk bread & water very welcome given a late arrival. Excellent communication from owner. The soft furnishings/bedding would benefit from refreshing. Easy walk to a great choice of restaurants to suit all budgets. All in all a very relaxing week in a quiet complex.

Thank you for the review. We continually refresh the soft furnishings, bedding, towels and shower curtains etc. and so are surprised to hear you were not entirely satisfied. If you had contacted me whilst you were at the house, I would have asked the housekeeper to look in to this straight away. This is the first time anybody has mentioned such an issue. As other reviews demonstrate our housekeeping is generally commended, but rest assured we will take your comments on board and look in to this further.

Lovely Home

Lovely home, exactly as described in a quiet small complex. The home and the complex are spotless. Each home has its own numbered sunbeds so no towels at dawn dramas. Supermarket 2 mins away. 10 minute walk to the harbour area via a lovely coastal path, with a vast array of restaurants, some bars and some bespoke shops. Market there every Sat and Wed. A beach with sunbeds/umbrellas, beach bar and watersports apx 25 mins walk. Town centre 40 min walk. Would recommend and stay again which says it all. Thank you for the welcome pack too!

All round first class

We stayed here for twelve weeks , the house is in an excellent location just ten minutes walk from the marina which has a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Also five minutes away is a supermarket for all needs, a taxi rank and a bus stop so all eventualities covered. We found the accomodation to be very comfortable , very clean and it has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. We very much appreciated the WI-Fi , DVDs and books provided.The pool area is very well kept and cleaned daily the complex is quiet and the front terrace of the house provides an amazing sun trap from about 10.30am each day until sunset. Having a sea view from the upstairs balcony just has to be a bonus. We had a slight problem with the water heater but after phoning Gary's contact it was replaced within a day such good service which we found to be exemplary . Gary provided very good directions,instructions and his all round enthusiasm for Lanzarote is infectious so much so we will be returning next year.

Komfortabel und sauber

Gemütliches Haus, prima ausgestattet! Es fehlt hier wirklich nichts. WLAN, Liegestühle, Badewanne. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ein Swimmingpool direkt in der Anlage und wirklich nur wenige Schritte an die Lavaküste von Playa Blanca, wo alle spazieren gehen. Ja, hier kann man wirklich gut den Urlaub verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

schöne Oase auf der kargen Insel

Hatten entspannte 14 Tage in einem zum Meer gerichtetem Reihen-Eckhaus, das mit seiner ausreichenden Grundausstattung, ruhig und trotzdem strategisch gut gelegen punktet. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und der Pool optimal zum schwimmen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter Gary sehr freundlich betreut und können sein Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung, perfekte Ausstattung

Wie sind gerade aus Lanzarote zurückgekehrt und möchten uns bei Gary herzlich bedanken. Das Häuschen ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Es fehlt eigentlich Nichts. Grosszuegige Platzverhältnisse, schoene Baeder und super Küche! Schade dass esnicht noch mehr Bilder gibt! Sehr ruhige Lage! Ideal für bis zu vier Personen. Die Marina ist in der Nähe und immer einen Besuch wert. Gary ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr bemüht. Englischkenntnisse sind sehr hilfreich.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage & toller Urlaub :-)

Das Reihenhäuschen eignet sich perfekt für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für den entspannten Urlaub zu zweit, ruhig gelegen, etwas außerhalb vom trubeligen Playa Blanca, aber es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Papagayo-Strände in ca. 25 min, der Rubicón Hafen in 10 min, immer entlang der schön bepflanzten Strandpromenade. Tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht, selbst Bodyboard und Sonnenschirm für den Strand stehen bereit. Schöne DVD-Sammlung für kalte Abende :-) Kommen gerne wieder! *** And now for the english speaking :-) very nice little house, perfect for families but also for the relaxed vacation for two, nice & calm, outside of the lively towncenter of Playa Blanca, but very near to the Papagayo-Beaches or the port of Rubicon. Nice restaurants only a short walk away on the pittoresque promenade.. The house has everything You need, even Body Board & parasol for the beach - also the DVD collection for cold evenings... what can I say, we'd certainly love to come back! :-)

Highly Recommended Villa

Spotlessly clean, ideally situated for the Rubicon Marina, excellent facilities inside and out and access to the gated swimming pool area. Communication with the villa owner Gary was excellent, there was a welcome pack on arrival and everything was as described. Highly recommended.

Well equipped charming house in a superb setting

The apartment, or house really, is extremely comfortable, well equipped and spotless. It's a very short walk to the sea front from where you can walk for miles along a charming esplanade with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes on the way. The owner, Gary, is very helpful with good directions t o find the place and plenty of advice about most things you could wish for. A nice touch was a fridge loaded with basic foodstuffs for us on arrival.

Great place well looked after, very comfortable stay!

Great place within easy walking distance to the marina

Really lovely house with great views from both of the main balconies. It’s perfect for a family of 4 . Me , my partner and both my children had an amazing 9 days here and felt really comfortable with plenty of space for all to enjoy. A short 10 minutes on foot to the local marina where there’s a real buzzing vibe about it and a English shop that is 100 yards from the house which is great if you’re not feeling the Spanish style shops. The complex that the property sits on is very quiet and very clean and the grounds / pool areas are in impeccable condition. I would definitely say for value for money this place is a 10 out of 10 but if I had to be picky the only few small things I would do to make this property faultless is 1. Main bedroom needs a double bed. 2x singles just doesn’t work. 2. Heated pool would of been nice. Way to cold to use but it is December I suppose. 3. Tv would of been nice to have a few English channels. All the above said I still think this place is fantastic and if I come back here one day then I would be more than happy to stay again.
