Expansive zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Kihei, gegenüber dem Strand von Kamaole Park lll. Leicht zu Fuß zu allen Kamaole Stränden, den Geschäften in Kihei und dem berühmten Keawakapu Beach. Dieser Komplex verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und Grills für Ihren Gebrauch.
Buchungen am selben Tag (dh die Ankunft ist innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Buchung) erfordern einen Anruf bei Rentals Maui zur Bestätigung.
Unit # 304 wurde komplett aktualisiert, einschließlich brandneuer Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und umfasst eine enorme, 25 Fuß breite Veranda mit Meerblick. Diese 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Einheit ist mit extra High-Speed-Internet ausgestattet, so können Sie Filme streamen, Beide Bäder haben Duschen (keine Badewanne). Kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einheit Nr. 304 hat keine Klimaanlage. Es hat ein Cal King-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ein Queen-Bett im Gästezimmer und auch Schlafsofa, Matratze gekauft Januar 2019, kann 6 schlafen.

Amazing Balcony

This was a great location in Kihei. Walkable to the beach (right across the street), shops, restaurants, and activities. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the balcony views were beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was nice and relaxing, generous accommodations and supplies, the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and reusable water bottles were a nice bonus for beach days. Just needed to adjust to the lack of actual ac in the unit and according to my friend, the couch smelled heavily of mold so she didn't open it up after the first night but she still suffered severe congestion every morning.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the Maui Park Shore. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The amenities that we liked the best were the pool and the large lanai. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

So wonderful. This place is in the best part of Maui.. we went all over the island and found this is the best. The condos are so much cooler and more wonderful than you possibly imagine. Check in process was so easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Most magical memories ever.

Nice Condo

Nice stay, decent kitchen items, good size rooms and bathrooms. Never felt cramped with 4 adults. Could use some new ceiling fans as we had to setup extra floor fans in each room and the kitchen. Front lanai doors leaked during the storm but it was pretty bad. Location is nice and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Nice, close to the beach

Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

Generally good, but note...

This property has many good things going for it, however, there are some things you should be aware of. First, the good:* Condo was clean and as described* It was well stocked, (including beach items), we didn't need anything else* In some ways, the location was awesome in Kihei, the beach was beautiful and right across the street* Good view from the 3rd floor deck* Spacious for a 2 bedroom condo* Nice pool* Good internet* The manager was quick to communicate and helpfulBe aware of which affected our stay:* the exterior windows are shutter-like, they are useless at keeping sound out, this negatively affected our sleep as the road the condo is on is a main road and very noisy, also, other tenants seem oblivious to these windows.* no AC, not a big deal except for the middle of day when you can't cool down* parking is very limited and tight.

Awesome Experience

We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.

Good location, unit could have been cleaner.

Good location, unit had kitchen stuff and beach stuff, beach stuff we had to clean. Unit could have been cleaner, snorkel gear full of sand garbage in beach chairs, Kleenex under beds. Overall place was ok. We were able to use pool after check out.

Great location and amenities

The location was great, the pool and barbecue area were wonderfully maintained, and the condo was fine overall. Our only critique was that the furniture was pretty used and tired, especially the couches and the king size mattress seemed to crown in the middle. We also ended up hand washing all of our dishes because the dishwasher seemed to make things more dirty than when they went in. Everything else was great though and we were able to cook almost all of our meals in the condo during our stay!

This 2 bed 2 bath is extremely well stocked and right across from the beach. However, a week in August with no AC was uncomfortable. With a very old mattress, it was impossible to sleep and rest. The rayan couch is absolutely broken, the outdoor cushion is way overdue for updating and it needs a deep cleaning.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!
