Das Haus, in einer ruhigen Lage ist ideal für Ferien für Familien und Gruppen von Freunden 8/10 Personen, hat einen großen Garten (3000 qm) mit überdachten Veranda.
Es ist eine alte toskanische Landhaus mit Holzbalken und Terrakotta-Böden, und wurde vor kurzem restauriert. E 'auf zwei Etagen mit 4/5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (2 mit Dusche und 1 mit Badewanne), ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Abstellraum / Waschküche. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. E 'mit überdachten Parkplätzen und einem Keller ausgestattet.
Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Olivenhain von etwa einem Hektar und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft.

Great Italian villa

This was a great stay for four couples. It would also be a great location for a family vacation. We loved the pool and the views and the solitude. We would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic week in Magliano and this lovely villa. The house has everything you need and more and is located in a location with incredible views in all directions. The pool is really lovely and big. The host, Tommaso, is super nice, accommodating and friendly. He responded quickly when we had questions and gave us great tips on things to do and see, an excellent host! We really loved every minute here and can highly recommend going here. We will be back!

We felt very fortunate to have found the Villa Podere. It is a beautiful house and a beautiful property! We could feel that it is is also being used by the owners as it was very cosy. The pool are was great. The check-in was very uncomplicated. Tommaso made us feel at home. Very nice! Nice views from the beautiful terrace and everywhere else. We would definitely want to go there and we would recommend to everyone that asked us. Thank you!

Everything We Needed

The house and its surroundings are beautiful. We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). The owner was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and options relating to local / regional attractions. Overall, a superb stay. Thank you!

A True Tuscan Experience

If you want the experience of staying in a beautiful family home with stunning views and lots of character, this is the place for you. This well-maintained and well-appointed home has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host, Tommaso, went out of his way to help us make plans and reservations for beach clubs and restaurants during our stay. He also personally greeted us at the property to provide us with an overview that helped us maximize our enjoyment; he also provided a range of snacks and beverages that allowed us to just relax and enjoy the property upon our arrival. The pool and the view of the countryside from the pool are absolutely incredible. We also made arrangements to have a local resident come and cook for us a couple of times, which made for a very memorable experience and afforded us the opportunity to sample a range of local dishes — all prepared from scratch (including excellent homemade pasta dishes). The beds and bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and well-appointed. So many little details and touches that meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Lots of nearby villages and beaches within 20-45 minutes. So much to do. We really felt like we just scratched the surface during our one week stay. Tommaso’s high level of service and personal touches and attention made for a particularly memorable stay. I cannot recommend this property more if you are looking for a very authentic Tuscan experience!

Top secret!

Wonderful! If it were a spot of nature, I’d keep it a secret. We were a family of six (including teens) and stayed for two weeks in a very hot August. We expected to rent a villa but actually we were given the confidence to live in someone’s family country home. The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s far nicer. It’s in the Maremma, southern Tuscany and less touristy. The house lies off a small country road, in the middle of its olive grove, with a wonderful view (sunsets!) and its grounds are green with a myriad of plants and trees (we loved the figs). It’s roomy, very comfortably furnished, decorated, equipped, with a lovely patio for an aperitivo and outdoor dining. We loved the pool (very well maintained) which is located about 100 ft from the house in its own area of the grounds, with shady area, hammocks, sunbeds, etc. But it was the owner, Tommaso, who made the stay that extra warm personal experience, starting from the first on-line contact. He was attentive and had listed many suggestions of places to eat (some only minutes away), nearby villages and wineries to visit (some just down the road), and recommended beaches (30-40 minutes’ drive). He was readily available on the phone or WhatsApp for advice and help (like make the reservations in that restaurant you really want to try). If you want a Tuscany that is a few steps removed from the hustle-bustle of the vacation season, you can’t go wrong here. But keep it a secret .... ;-)
