4 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer Villa mit Pool und nicht direkt übersehen

We are glad you had a great time. As advertised, our units are self catering. We provided a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and a trash bag. Further supplies, as needed, should be purchased during your stay. However, we have noted that there needs to be more towels and will address this. Thank you.

Thank you for staying with us and for providing your feedback. We regret to hear that the location was farther than you initially expected. Unfortunately, heavy traffic during this time of year can sometimes make the journey feel longer. However, we want to clarify that the distances mentioned in our descriptions are based on actual distance, not estimated travel time. The pool heater has been checked, and we can confirm that it is functioning properly. We wish you had reported any issues during your stay so we could have provided further assistance and information about its operation. We're pleased to hear that, despite some concerns, you enjoyed your stay and found the home to your liking. We always welcome feedback and assure you that we review all comments to enhance guest satisfaction. We hope our dedication to providing excellent service will encourage you to return. We look forward to hosting you again soon! Orlando Rent a Villa Team

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry you had an unpleasant experience during your stay. As a way to provide clarity, we try the best we can prioritize each guest's need, however since the request was received after-hours, the pool skimmer was delivered the next day. We're saddened that this caused an unfortunate experience for you. We are always looking for ways to improve, and we value your suggestions on how to do so. We hope that because of our promise of continued improvement and the overall beauty of the home, you'll consider staying with us again. Orlando Rent a Villa Team.
