Overwhelming Beach, Underwhelming Stay

The location was wonderful & had a nice pool right outside, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. During our stay, we kept waking up with numerous bites on our bodies. We also found bugs near the main bed and the bathroom closest to the entrance. We never got a good night’s rest and kept scratching. We communicated this with our host. She said the place is regularly maintained and that she would come take a look. Once she did, she said she found nothing, yet we’d continue to wake up with new bites each morning. We didn’t feel the situation was taken care of, since there was no solution other than having pest control come. If the place was regularly maintained, we wouldn’t have found the bugs, nor would we have woken up with the bites. We also felt a little insulted being asked to remove the bedsheets when our stay was over to help housekeeping after paying for cleaning fees. Also, the entrance to the parking was blocked for a day and the host didn’t let us know until we brought it up. We were stuck and not able to leave for a full day. Finally, we were told that there was a scheduled visit that the realtor of the place had made during our stay. The host and realtor offered us a $50 gift card to a local restaurant to compensate us. Once the visit was done, we saw that the gift card given to us was $40. Sadly, all these points really tainted our stay & our trip. Evona was communicative & responded quickly, letting us check in a day earlier. Thankfully we enjoyed the beach.

Great stay and location

This property was great, it was clean and I’m walking distance to the public beach and only a short drive to the under. Everything was clean when we arrived and the host was very easy to work with.

Two Week Stay at Siesta Key

My family and I stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed the pool, which is right outside the glass doors, and nearby beach. The beach is about three short blocks away from the complex—turn left on Villa Hermosa. While the laundry is not in the unit, the laundry room is seriously right in front of the entrance door to the apartment. You don’t have to walk down the hallway or anything like that. Just make sure to bring quarters for the machines. The kitchen is very well equipped and completely renovated. The unit is on the first floor which made it convenient when bringing in groceries. Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for us. My boyfriend and I came down from Ohio and wanted a place close to the beach, and affordable. This was both. The walk to the beach is just across the street (but I recommend going early to set up because the public beach area is dwindling from all the resorts sectioning off their “private” areas that you’re not allowed in). The inside of the condo was nice and we had more than enough room for all of us. I think the real star of the show was the patio that opened out to the pool. The kids loved being able to finish breakfast and then just go and jump in the pool. Overall, our stay was really good and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious place.

Great Family Fun

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Siesta Beach Condo. The location was great and the pool was just steps from our back porch. The beach was about a 5 minute easy walk and absolutely fantastic. The condo has a couple beach umbrellas and four chairs along with some other beach/pool toys, too. Just bring a beach blanket and some drinking water, and you're ready for a fun vacation in the sun and sand! Oh, and the sunsets from the beach? Wow. Just wow.

Great Location!

The condo was a great place to stay. It had everything that I needed. Upon arrival, the master bedsheets had not been changed. The floors were dirty. The tv remote did not work. (turn tv on manually, then it works) I did a good cleaning after which I settled into a nice vacation. The pool is lovely and clean and right outside the door. The beach is a short walk and so nice! The condo is close to a trolley stop and restaurants, tiki bar and grocery store.

GREAT CONDO / GREAT LOCATION

We rented this condo June of 2015. Condo was just as described. Very happy with cleanliness of the condo, the decor,and the location (very short walk to the beach and steps to the pool)! The condo was supplied with everything one might need and more. The grounds were attactive and well groomed. Pool was clean and warm and never very busy. Siesta Village was a short jont away. Many things with in walking distance. Wii Fi was great and connected easily., Washer and dryer was located outside of the condo, but clean, ran well, and affordable. This is the second year we have rented from Evonna and we plan on renting a condo from her next year. She is very easy to deal with and very prompt. This is the perfect vacation destination and condo. Would definitely recommend with hesitancy.

The title is perfect!

The newly renovated condo is very clean and beautifully furnished. Central location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, as well as just a short walk to the beach. We will plan to return to this condo and will recommend it to friends and family.
