Atemberaubende, vollklimatisierte Wohnung im fünften und sechsten Stock eines Aufzugsgebäudes im Herzen des historischen Roms, direkt neben dem Pantheon. Zwei große Terrassen bieten Freizeit- und Speisemöglichkeiten im Freien mit spektakulärem Blick auf Roms Signaldenkmäler wie das Pantheon, St. Peter, Villa Borghese usw.

Komplett renovierte Maisonette von ca. 130 Quadratmetern plus 60 Quadratmetern Außenfläche, eingerichtet mit den besten italienischen modernen Möbeln. Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Marmorkamin und Küche und Gästetoilette im Obergeschoss. Wendeltreppe zur unteren Etage. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, eigenem Bad, großem Balkon; zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei zusammenstellbaren Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad. Große Vorhalle, geeignet für ein Büro, öffnet sich zum Balkon.

Kassettendecken in der unteren Etage bewahren die Schönheit des ursprünglichen Gebäudes aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Vollmarmorbäder, Glasduschkabinen in zwei Bädern im Erdgeschoss; Boffi Küche mit Granit, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine.

Check-in um 14 Uhr. m .; Check-out um 10 Uhr m. um die Reinigung zu ermöglichen, aber in jedem Fall versuchen wir, Ihren persönlichen Reiseplan zu berücksichtigen. Telefon und Nebenkosten werden abgerechnet und eventuelle Gebühren von der Kaution abgezogen.

Great Location!

Our stay was awesome. The apartment is very central and convenient for walking. The beds were comfortable and the views upstairs were great. The (small) elevator might hold two slim adults, but the weight limit didn't accommodate any two from our group. At the end of a day of 20,000 steps, five flights was too much. We took turns with the elevator!

Great Accomodation / bit of effort

The four of us loved our stay at this property. It was such a great home base for exploring the city. The accomodation was clean and the views unbeatable. We wish arrival and departure would have been as expected, so this added to some stress on arrival and departure. Without these arrival/departure issues we would have given 5 stars all of us.

Amazing Location

This apartment was wonderfully located close to the Pantheon, with a supermarket on the doorstep. Communication and check in was smooth, as was the pick up from the airport arranged by the owner. The views from the two terraces were spectacular. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Unexpected views of Rome

A charming retreat after visiting all that Rome has to offer. We enjoyed morning coffees and evening wine on the terraces surrounded by unexpected views of the city. The location was perfect for us and was convenient to nearby restaurants and a very well stocked neighborhood grocer. Incredible experience

We had a fabulous time from the moment we arrived. Features we enjoyed - incredible grocery store just outside front entrance, access to all major sites in walking distance, very quiet building and outdoor areas on terrace, quick to respond property manager, incredible views, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, reading materials, lots of living area, 3 outdoor areas, access to opening windows so A/C not required and nothing missing. The Views! Very comfortable! and Sasi is Amazing

The views from the terrace’s are amazing! Short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Lots of restaurants and markets near by. Clean, comfortable place with lots of towels and bathrooms. Great kitchen and a great place to put your feet up after walking all over Rome. And THANK YOU SASI for the birthday present!

Wonderful apartment

We stayed for a week at Marie's apartment. We loved everything about it! The top floor is filled with light and the decor is comfortable and lovely. You really can't beat the views of the Pantheon and St. Peter's basilica! The kitchen is tiny but functional, and the terraces are amazing. On the street are a wonderful greengrocer and a Enoteca Corsi, which sells a great selection of wines and offers delicious food at very reasonable prices.

The check-in was seamless. The view from each balcony was stunning. The unit is well equipped and excellent layout for two couples. Elevator helped with moving luggage. The owner and representative were extremely responsive and professional… even helped arrange car services. Location was central and accessible to all the major sites. Highly recommended.

Special place in Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious property while in Rome. Everything was better than expected. Home was well appointed with all that we needed for relaxing evenings after seeing the sites. Patio views were stunning, home was clean, comfortable and convenient to many sites, as well as local shops and restaurants. Check in process was easy and the representative was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend to friends and would love to visit again. We felt very fortunate that this property was made available on VRBO!

What you see is what you get! The Best of Rome.

Excellent location, very secure, comfortable and perfect for our family of four adults. Sasi greeted us and oriented us to the place, unfortunately the power went out right after she left, and it took a while to connect with her to find the breaker. That was the only glitch in what I would call a wonderful place to stay while visiting Rome. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen adequate, but so many excellent restaurants close by that we hardly cooked. Outside patios were delightful for summer evenings with snacks and cocktails. Air conditioning was a big plus, especially if you are renting in summer months. One of the best restaurants in Rome is right downstairs. Anotica Cordsi. All in all, I loved this place!

Oh the views

We are headed back to Rome in the fall, and wish we could re-book this amazing place, but alas, it’s already booked for our dates. We’ll have to plan further ahead to find an opening to stay there again. The most spectacular feature of the apartment is the top floor. A large and comfortable open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen has 2 terraces, both of which have amazing views. We generally used the larger terrace with its views of the Pantheon, Sant’Ivo, Sant’Agnese and yes, St. Peter’s. But the smaller one – with a view of the dome of the Gesu – was great for morning coffee because it faces east. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the eating and cooking equipment you could want. No American coffee maker, although there was a user manual for one, so maybe it just got lost somewhere along the way. We got good at making coffee with the classic stovetop device. It’s a bit of a steep staircase up from the lower floor, but not a big problem. On the lower floor where there are 2 bedrooms, we used the larger of them and it was very beautiful and comfortable with a good bathroom. The location is fantastic with a grocery store right across the street and a good osteria next door. It’s a convenient walk to just about everything in the city center. And after a day of sightseeing, what a treat to return to this apartment, pour a glass of wine and sit out on the terrace!

Beautiful apartment and amazing view!!

The view from the terrace is absolutely awesome -- truly as amazing as it looks in the pictures! The apartment itself is lovely: light & airy with lots of windows, kitchen well-supplied, beds comfortable, living area welcoming. The building is old & has lots of character so you feel like you really are in Italy! The elevator, though small, works great. The location could not be beat! Just a few blocks from the Pantheon, taxi & bus stands even closer, good restaurants & grocery stores nearby, and within walking distance to the Vatican & Forum, if you don't mind a trek. Marie was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The ride service she arranged for us to/from the airport was perfect. So why only give 4 stars? Just a few things that didn't go well. We arrived tired on a hot evening, and the orientation was rushed. No windows were open so it was very stuffy. The manager left us still not sure how to work the air-conditioning, with ants swarming in the top floor bathroom, & a broken faucet in that shower. We were traveling with one older woman for whom the stairs were steeper & more precarious than we thought, so she decided to make the upstairs her bedroom, planning to use that bathroom. We said this to the manager, but she did nothing to help us set this up, and did not tell us that shower didn't work. When we realized this and asked, we were told it could not be fixed during our stay, though we were there a full week. We had to find new ant catchers ourselves, and it took 24+ hours before the ants started to decrease. (The new ant catcher worked, so they could have been put out in advance.) There was no American coffee maker to be found. First we were told it didn't work and we should use the single cup espresso maker. When we said we'd like the American coffee maker replaced so we could make 4 cups at a time, we were told where it was (in a cupboard marked for owner only) and that it did work. But it did not. There were no instructions for separating garbage, although we discovered recycling bins down below, so we would have liked to do so. We had a hard start. All that said, as the days passed we grew to really enjoy the apartment more and more, and I would definitely recommend it to others. A guest book with instructions would be helpful. Be aware the stairs are a bit narrow & steep, if stairs might be a challenge for you. But the location, view, comfort and beauty make this perfect for most people! Enjoy!

We are very sorry that they had some misgivings, which I would like to address. The client complained there were ants in the upper bathroom, which is adjacent to one of the two terraces. We have lots of landscaping, and It had been a very hot summer, which could account for the ants. I responded immediately to her complaint, noting that we left ant traps there for her use. Sasi, our representative in Rome who meets clients has received accolades from many clients for her helpful manner; this client complained that she did not sufficiently explain how to use the air conditioners, which are easily operated by standardized control devices. As for recycling of trash, separated trash containers and recycle bags are left in the apartment for the tenant's use. On the question of the upstairs shower: Our website specifically says there is bedding for four people in two bedrooms; one queen size bed and two single beds;we have ensuite bathrooms with showers for the two bedrooms. We do not want guests sleeping on the couches in the living room and have disabled the upstairs shower iand indicated on our website that the upstairs facility is a powder room. The cleaning woman had stored the American coffee pot, without informing us that it wasnt functioning. We have replaced in with a new American coffee pot.

Grandioser Blick auf Pantheon und Petersdom

Wir waren schon oft in Rom, aber eine Wohnung, die eine solche Aussicht bietet und so zentral liegt, hatten wir noch nie. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man in Minuten, der Supermarkt ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Der Wohnbereich in der oberen Etage ist Lichtdurchflutet, und die grossen Fenster bieten immer eine tolle Aussicht.

Super Lage und schöner Blick

Zentrale, ruhige Lage, haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreicht, traumhafte Terrassen über den Dächern von Rom, gut bestückter Supermarkt in der Straße, gute Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe, schöne Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
