Dies ist ein Penthouse Dachwohnung in einem schönen gepflegten Gebäude des 17. Jahrhunderts mit Aufzug.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in einem charmanten kleinen Platz liegt, eine Oase der Ruhe, zwischen dem Pantheon und Largo Argentina. Die Wohnung ist ca.. 110qm. plus eine 50m². der privaten Terrasse, wie folgt aufgeteilt: Aufzug zum Obergeschoss. Der Zugang ist direkt auf Ihrer eigenen Terrasse, geräumig, sonnig, restauriert, Speisebereich im Freien und Tür zur Wohnung. Eingang / Esszimmer: Großer Eingangsbereich / Essbereich mit zwei Doppeltüren direkt auf den eigenen Terrasse.
-Küche: Neue, speziell gestaltete Küche, komplett ausgestattet.
-Wohnzimmer: Geräumige 40 qm. Wohnzimmer Kamin mit arbeiten, voll antike Holz und Ziegeldecken, Dachfenster und viel natürliches Licht wiederhergestellt. Alle Parkettböden, sehr ruhig.
-Schlafzimmer: Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränke, Dachfenster, Klimaanlage und Parkettböden. Es gibt eine Dachstaufach in der Halle, sowie Einbauschränke.
-Master Bath: Neu Travertin-Marmor-bart mit Wanne und Dusche renoviert. -Gast Schlafzimmer: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Klima conditionng, ganze Wand von Einbauschränken und ein eigenes Bad. -2nd Bad: frisch renovierte, moderne Badezimmer mit Dusche.
-Terrasse: Schöne Terrasse, groß genug für Mahlzeiten im Freien, eine Lounge und derzeit mit Tisch für sechs unter einer schattigen Pergola und vielen Pflanzen. Sehr privat, sonnig und ruhig.
Dies ist eine sehr einzigartige Gelegenheit, in einem ruhigen Penthouse in der Nähe des Pantheon mit einem Kamin, Klimaanlage, neu renovierte Bäder, neue Küche, Parkettböden, große private Terrasse in einem schönen Gebäude mit einem Aufzug zu leben.

We didn’t cook, we ate at numerous restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere, to the Vatican, Pantheon, Coliseum and to Trevi Fountain. Just nice walks throughout the town.

Very basic apartment, old, fairly kept. Unusable outdoor, intolerable garbage smell.Extremely disappointed. The Negatives:The high price was not justifiable. Roofs have supporting beams that are too low, bedrooms, sitting room, and bathrooms. Hit my head several time. I am 6’ tall (180cm)Bathroom water pressure is very low (5th floor) cold/hot water coordination is challenging. Basically, it is torture to shower. The larger bathroom, you cannot stand upright. Roof to low with wooden beams. Smaller bedroom has a bathroom/toilet that the door stay ajar about 12 inches…. You figure it out, can you sit on the toilet doing your business with the door partially open and your partner in room?Only one towel (old beaten up) per person for whole stay ( we stayed 6 nights) AC ok but little bit loud Building entrance musty smell Friday to Tuesday….. garbage smell in building entrance form accumulation of garbage all week …. Intolerable, otherwise the musty smell once you enter the building is constant. Roof top ….. very noisy on Saturday from next door apartment who shares the roof with low separating wall and plants for privacy…. Loud music and singing late after midnight …. The outdoor space (roof top, or patio) is absolutely waste and unusable…. The mosquitos are very annoying, so if you are allergic to mosquitos or intolerant to them, you will not use the roof….. we couldn’t. Unreliable internet … constantly needs rebooting. Relaxing getaway in the model of Rome

This attic apartment in the heart of Rome was the perfect place to take in all the tourist sights, wander around the city, and enjoy the city of Rome. The space was well decorated and the private terrace was a great place to start and end the day. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely and spacious apartment in a great location

We had a great stay at this lovely and spacious apartment! It was very clean and full of natural light and the wonderful terrace became our favorite place to share a bottle of wine in the evenings. The beds are fairly comfortable and the kitchen is equipped enough for the basics. The local is fabulous, centrally located to so many great places and restaurants in Rome. However the only negative, as previous reviews have also said, this is not two full bathrooms as the listing says. There is one tiny shower in the bathroom attached to the smaller bedroom and in the larger bathroom there is a tub with a hand held shower sprayer. I thought it would be no big deal to fill the tub to take a bath and wash my hair, however the water pressure in the faucet isn’t great so it would’ve take a really, really long time to fill and the little spray coming from the hand held shower would’ve never rinsed my hair properly. So just understand everyone staying in this apartment will be sharing one small shower.

Great location yet quiet and relaxing.

This apartment is in central Rome without feeling crazy crowded. You can see the top of the Pantheon dome from its rooftop terrace, easy to walk anywhere you care to visit from the Vatican to the Colosseum or the Spanish steps, yet on a quiet side street. The amenities inside the apartment are more than adequate and we found it a comfortable and pleasing stay. Yet the rooftop terrace is the amazing part of this apartment, it feels like lounging above the city with everything at your feet.

Perfect apartment in Rome historic district

Ideal for a family of four. Apartment has some quirks, but absolutely to be expected given the age of the building. Property manager was fantastic and made the check-in experience very easy, including by booking us a private transfer from the airport.

We loved our stay. Property was located in the heart of Rome and was easy to move around. The owners were great and offered good advice and were very helpful. We highly recommend that you use their car service too and from the airport. It was a great trip and would stay again if we return to rome

The only place to stay in Rome

Amazing apartment at the center of Rome. Great location right in the center of the city. Great restaurants in all directions, short walks from the front door. 2 min walk to the Pantheon with views of the Pantheon dome from the terrace. Clean, spacious, A/c and heat, full kitchen and hi speed internet. We stayed here with are 2 kiddos and every morning we went down to the Cafe at the corner of the building and enjoyed coffee and baked goods. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they arranged car service for us to and from the airport. A first pick for us when we return for our next trip.

Great location

It’s a perfect location for sightseeing and very quiet. There are a few items about the property which we found to be a problem because we stayed for over two weeks and there was some variable weather. The living room is very roomy and comfortable though their are a couple of holes in the slipcovers on the couches. The ceilings slope way down so my husband skinned his head a couple of times while reaching into the clothes closet. The ad says two showers but it’s actually one very small shower and a bathtub with a handheld nozzle. The biggest problem for us was the terrace. There is a homemade covered area which has a tarp stretched over part of it. Because it is only attached at the corners it wasn’t taut so when it rained, gallons of water were trapped in the tarp. We ended up untying the corners several times to drain rainwater and then tying it back up. It wouldn’t be a problem at all if it didn’t rain; it just looks unattractive. If staying for a shorter time, it would be fine. The staff is very nice, organized and competent. They responded right away if we had a problem. It is a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, and there is a taxi stand, grocer, produce shop, enoteca, coffee shop and restaurant…all within one block. Overall, I give it a thumbs up.

Perfect location and beautiful spacious apartment

We loved this apartment! The location is really central and Piazza Pigna is a quiet, beautiful little spot. It is really spacious for a European apartment and most importantly for the week we were there, when it was 100+ degrees in Roma, the air conditioning works really well. I wish we had been able to spend more time on the beautiful patio, but it was hot! Check in process was really easy and welcoming. Explained all of the keys and locks very well, so it wasn’t a problem. Would love to return!
