Elegant and modern penthouse of 90 square meters located on the 5th floor of a historic building from the 1600s. Accessed directly inside by lift. It is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and dining table, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (the shower in the bathroom with the tub is 170cm high) and two terraces overlooking the rooftops of Rome. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, sheets and towels, washer/dryer.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. All rooms are very quiet, overlooking Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari on the other, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city.

Traumwohnung in Traumlage!

Die Wohnung war bei unserem Aufenthalt ganz neu und in hervorragendem Zustand. Sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll möbliert mit großen bequemen Betten. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und der Fahrstuhl fährt (per keycard gesichert) direkt in die Wohnung - das nenne ich Luxus. Das ganz besondere Highlight dieser Wohnung ist aber die Dachterrasse, auf der man einfach nur stundenlang den Ausblick auf Roms Dächer genießen möchte. Ich möchte auch den freundlichen Service von Giovanni und seiner Frau hervorheben, die immer erreichbar waren und jedes Anliegen sofort gelöst haben. Sie haben auch mehrer Transporte (Limousine!) für uns organisiert ohne dass sie einen Aufschlag zum normalen Taxipreis verlangt hätten. (UBER wäre übrigens auch nicht billiger gewesen!) Alles in Allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt in der ewigen Stadt!

Great place to stay in Rome

Terrific location, large renovated apartment that was clean, bright, well-stocked, and quiet. Owners very helpful and responsive. We stayed for several days during Holy Week and it was near perfect for what we needed. Very convenient - could walk to Vatican, many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Classy place & great location

We were two couples utilizing both bedrooms. The master bedroom & bathroom is spacious while the second bedroom is smaller but still very comfortable. There is a wonderful bathtub and a very small but useable shower that’s part of the toilet room. It’s been noted in some previous reviews that this is too small to be useable yet I am 6’2” and was able to use it just fine with a little ducking. :-) The beds are very nice & the modern elevator up to the apartment is slick. Loved the balcony since we enjoyed great weather. Finally, the location of this apartment is fantastic. Many wonderful things are nearby on foot & importantly for getting around Rome, very accessible for taking taxis or Uber. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

At home on Via dei Vecchiarelli

The apartment on Via Vecchiarelli was perfect for 2 adults and our perfect little pup Giorgina. With spectacular weather, we enjoyed having a cappuccino on the terrace, and watching the gulls on the surrounding rooftops. Great views in every direction. A quick walk to Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Trastevere and the Vatican in addition to my refresher course in Italian at Scoula Leonardo da Vinci kept our appetites in order.Cooking fresh pasta with fresh vegetables made dinner a casa a treat. Rome is an entirely new adventure when you travel with your dog and speak Italian.After six weeks we all felt very much at home and sorry to bid a fond farewell to Via Vecchiarelli.

A great week

The host was great. The apartment was quiet, well appointed and perfect for two couples traveling together. There was a glitch at check in that was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend this property to those looking for a great Rome experience.

Nicely maintained and appointed property close to everything! Especially loved the roof decks! Second bathroom unusable due to super-low ceilings, and tub step-up is a trip hazard (that’s why we feel the listing is not fully accurate).

Fantastic stay

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. Both bedrooms had a private bath, but one had very short ceilings. It was not a problem for us but if there are 4 tall guests it could be an issue. We loved the outdoor space!

Short but sweet

My husband and I were traveling and had a quick two nights in Rome and fell in love with this apartment. Amazing location, walkability to so much right outside the door. Apartment was comfortable and clean host and check-in process were very easy and host even was able to accommodate our earlier than expected arrival time and storage for our bags at the end of the trip prior to our departure flight. Will def stay again!!

Great quite location

One of the best hosts we ever had. Flaminia answered all questions very quickly and arranged private transport when needed… This took took the load off of us trying to find a driver that knows the area well without any funny business. The apartment was spot And in an ideal location to grab a quick bite to eat and supplies when needed… I can’t praise the location of this apartment in Rome more than what we enjoyed our stay. Amazing apartment in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay with our family while visiting Rome for 3 nights. The apartment was well appointed, had gorgeous balconies, comfortable beds and furnishings, and wonderfully hot showers balanced with perfectly cool AC. It was close to so many restaurants, local shopping, and historic sites, while feeling tucked away from the throngs of summer tourists. We walked almost everywhere, even in summer, and loved how easy it was to get back to the apartment for an afternoon rest and refresh. The host was amazing and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property in great part of Rome

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor spaces were lovely. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to all of the major attractions. The owners were very helpful with arranging cars for transfer, and we used their suggested tour guide, who was great.
