Located in Albenga, Villa Essenza offers direct access to a wide variety of outdoor experiences. From the coast to the hills, the surrounding area is ideal for guests who enjoy an active, nature-oriented stay.

You can easily reach:

The apartment is entirely at your disposal and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for independent stays.
For families travelling with children, it is possible upon request to add up to two single beds (one per room), offering additional flexibility. An extra fee applies. The standard capacity is 4 guests.

Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment offers peace and privacy. It is not suitable for parties, nightlife-focused stays, or very late returns, but rather for guests who wish to reconnect with nature, explore the region, and recharge in a serene setting.

We kindly ask our guests to respect the atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area.
- Please remove your shoes inside the apartment (eco-friendly slippers are provided)
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- The apartment is not suitable for parties or event
- Access to the property is expected by 02:00 am, when the gate closes automatically. Late night returns are not suitable for the nature of the property.
