Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum des Villamare-Komplexes und bietet von allen Zimmern aus Blick auf die üppige Landschaft, Wildteiche, Springbrunnen, den Pool und das Meer. Beide Balkone bieten einen sonnigen Standort für den morgendlichen und den nachmittäglichen Genuss.

Zu den Aktualisierungen der Wohnung gehören Travertinfliesenböden in allen Zimmern, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl in der Küche und Granitplatten in der Küche und in beiden Bädern. Im Wohnzimmer und in den beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich Flachbildfernseher mit jeweils einem eigenen intelligenten DVD-Player. Das Wohnzimmer, das 2019 mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet wurde, blickt auf den Wildteich und hat Schiebetüren zum Hauptbalkon.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Schiebetüren zum Hauptbalkon und ein großes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer großen gefliesten Dusche.

Das Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei volle Betten, einen Stuhl mit einem Einzelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Granitwaschbecken und eine Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch einen privaten Balkon.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten, die der Villamare-Komplex bietet, gehören ein Pool am Meer, Zugang zum Strand für Behinderte, neue Gasgrills mit Essbereich im Freien, ein Whirlpool im Freien, ein Innenpool, ein Whirlpool im Innenbereich, eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum.

Beautiful inside decor with two balconies to enjoy the lush tropical landscape. Grandchildren spent hours on the beach and in the pool. Great family get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villamare!! Everything was as described. Awesome location, beautiful pool area, beautiful views and super close to the beach! Robert was great with checking in on us although we needed nothing. Condo was clean and worked out perfectly for our family of 4. We’d definitely go back if our plans allow next year.

Wonderful place

Fantastic property. Really nice decorating and spacious. Great location. Can’t really see the ocean but nice views of property. Really liked the toys, beach chair bin available. Did Not have a keurig as listed but not a huge deal. Also some alarm went off every night at 9pm on the owner closet in master bathroom. Really needs to be addressed. Otherwise would absolutely stay again.

Great condo great area

We loved the condo- it was pretty much exactly as pictured although the kitchen was a little smaller in person. The condo was Very dusty...nothing had been wiped, thick layer of dust on everything, floors had crumbs and hair all over, sliding doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. It's unfortunate but this seems to be pretty wide spread across the island over this past year but still disappointing to have to start your vacation with cleaning for 30 minutes. The beds were huge and comfy, giant bathrooms, everything worked well, loved the Master shower! Palmetto Dunes neighborhood may be our new favorite place to stay on the island- so safe, gorgeous and fun! We biked Everywhere from our condo- to breakfast (General Store!), to grab lunch (across 278 at SC Marina!), to tennis lessons at the tennis center 2 min away and to our surf lessons at the Dunes House!

You are correct, what a great location and spectacular condo. We agree that it needed extra cleaning, housekeeping has had a touch year with fewer employees. The condo has now been spring cleaned thoroughly. Here are some of the items done to make sure the next guest has a great time. Always call when you are here and we can send housekeeping or we will get it cleaned or fixed. Please let us know the moment you are there. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you come back soon. Robert Young, Hilton Head Vacations All bedding was washed; bedskirts, mattress pads, blankets, comforters, quilts, pillow shams. Mattresses were rotated. All rugs and mats were cleaned or washed. Several mats were thrown away and replaced. All baseboards and woodwork were cleaned. All walls were cleaned and scuff marks removed. Tile floors were also washed with disinfectants and cleaned. Mold was removed from the showers. New filter was installed for the HVAC. All remotes were cleaned with disinfectants and batteries were replaced. New batteries were installed in the KABA LOCK. All switchplates and other high touch surface areas were cleaned and disinfected. Both balconies were thoroughly washed. Replaced a broken floor lamp in the guest bedroom. Replaced dirty toilet paper holders in both bathrooms. Replaced missing/broken glassware in kitchen. Washed and reorganized kitchenware.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely condo! We arrived to find it perfectly clean and as pictured. While the listing does say 'ocean view', I could not really see how the ocean was visible from the listing pictures so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! The views from every room and balcony are lovely--including the beautiful courtyard and the ocean in the not-to-distant background. We booked this as a 'last minute' trip and had just decided to take whatever was still available, but we were so pleased that we plan to come back! It was perfect! :) Additionally, we appreciated how well the condo was stocked and included a fixture of hooks hanging in every room to hang towels and beach/pool clothing. If you want to be in a condo at the very front of the units overlooking the sand, you may not want this one, but if you are looking for a beautiful condo with ocean views within a short and convenient walk (3 min) at a reasonable price, this is the spot for you! 10/10 recommend. :)

This property was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. Lovely view of the ponds and the pool from the patios (hard to see the beach with the pretty landscaping). A very short walk to the beach and a lot of places to ride bikes. Would definitely choose this condo again for another stay !

not as clean a unit as we were led to believe...

My wife and I have styed at the Villamare Condo's several times, different units each time, so we know what to expect. Great location, quiet setting, great access to the pools and beach. One of the reasons I chose this unit for this stay was the reviews stating how clean it was. Very disappointed on check-in to find it hadn;t been vacuumed and the bed-spread in the master had stains all over it. I was relaxing in the livingroom just after we got there and noticed french fries on the floor. Upon closer inspection I found crums and fries all over the livig room. Meanwhile my wife was unpacking and noticed stains all over the bed-spread, I reported the food on the floor, which they cleaned up. We didn't report the bed-spread, they probably would have taken care of it if we had. We were just disappointed that the unit was left that way after the "professional" cleaning crew had come thru. R$eally makes you wonder how well they clean... the towels... the bedding... the kitchen. Anyway, other than that, it's a nice unit, easy to get to and a decent value.

Villamare stay

We enjoyed our stay in Villamare for a week. The condo was very comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was a bit disorganized with only basics provided and we had to rewash some of the dishes and silverware. Our location was great and we loved the pool and beach accessibility. There was some noise from renovations which was a bit annoying at times for those working from the condo. An alarm in the master bath went off each night and should be addressed as mentioned in previous comments. Overall it was a great time and we can’t wait to return to Hilton Head.

We loved our time here

We are a family of five and this place couldn’t have been more fitting for us. There was plenty to do and we felt safe letting our children walk around the property. Love this location. This is our second time staying in this complex, but different condos. Love the new remodel of this condo. Everything was beautiful. Gorgeous view. We will definitely book again in the future.

Relaxing vacation

We will be booking this property again. My daughter had to work some of the time and there was a excellent workspace. View was breathtaking

Good location, so so property

The location is great, right on the beach with easy access. The condo itself was just okay. All the furniture, although nice, in the condo seemed too big for the space. The balcony was nice but again the patio set was so big that it was very hard to get to some of the chairs. The kitchen was tiny but functional. The A/C system had a smell coming out of it especially in the second bedroom where my kids were sleeping, not sure if this is just because it is a humid environment. The pool was nice but it was so crowded and was impossible to socially distance in the water and there was no one who was controlling the number of people in the pool. But the beach was wonderful. It is very wide at this location and the sand is nice and soft. The best part of this property was the location.
