This 2nd floor Villamare 2 bedroom lock off villa (Unit 3227) is located directly on the beach mid island in the community of Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes offers amenities such as golf, tennis, pickle ball, biking, kayak and canoe rentals, and fishing. There are leisure paths for walking and bicycling along the Queens Folly corridor and within the Mariners and Inverness areas.



The primary bedroom has a king TV with an en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony off of the room. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds with a private balcony to sit and breathe in the lowcountry air. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a brand new tub/shower combo and it is considered a lock off area.



The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for cooking. It features a new stove/oven combo and new dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. We have 2 extra chairs for you in the guest bedroom. The living room has windows and sliding glass doors that allows lots of natural light. You can sit and relax in the comfortable furniture and make many memories. The living room features a 65 inch smart TV. You can watch cable TV or access any app you have an account for including Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and more!



This 2 bedroom villa is a very popular beachfront vacation villa on Hilton Head Island. Villamare amenities include a refinished oceanfront family pool, and hot tub, and a spacious, brand new oceanfront sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a large area containing grills and table/chairs for guests use. Sit around the fire pit at night and roast s'mores and relax. A boardwalk with outdoor shower offers easy access to the beach. Enjoy the private indoor pool, sauna and fitness center. This complex is located in between the Marriott hotel and the Captains Walk complex. You will be down the elevator with your toes in the sand in a matter of minutes.



*Parking Note: 2 car max. Your car pass will be $40-80 (plus tax) depending on your length of stay. If you are staying longer than a month, your pass could be even more.



**The outdoor pools are heated from March 15th through May 1st, and October 15 through December 1st. (*subject to change and not within our control).

Guest Access:

This villa has 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the entire space is for private use and no one else shares the space. There is also a balcony for your use. This is a resort and the pool is communal. The beach is only for Villamare guests.



Getting Around:

The Dunes Buggy: The Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation in Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from mid March - mid September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.



There are miles and miles of bike paths in Palmetto Dunes and on Hilton Head.

We know that plans change and emergencies arise. Please consider purchasing a travel protection plan either with us as an add on or separately to assure a refund in case of an unexpected disruption to your travel.



3227 Villamare Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.



Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance
