Great communication with both the host gorete and cleaner Alicia. Arrived early and were able to drop bags and wander the neighborhood while they cleaned from previous guests. Very comfortable home with well stocked kitchen, and terrific bed. Terrific area within walking distance to all attractions we wanted to see. Highly recommend

The apartment was perfect for us. Laundry, the ability to open the doors to the terrace, even use a spacious living room to do yoga! Great kitchen and fridge space with grocery stores not far. Central location and an excellent guide from the host provided a map that allowed us to tour all the sites and have excellent restaurant suggestions. Gorete was very communicative from the time of booking and Alicia was waiting for us when we arrived. The building is on a great street with restaurants, cafes, shopping. We loved our stay in this comfortable apartment and felt it was an excellent choice! Thank you!

We loved the apartment. The location is great. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants in the area. The check -in process was smooth. Gorete and Alicia were wonderful. We will definitely return to this place.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous street.. We really appreciated the aircon when it was 36 degrees outside! Loads of places locally to walk to. A really comprehensive handbook provided too. We went to Amazonica for our wedding anniversary and it was very lovely, thank you. I would also suggest a tapas tour one evening. We used Get Your Guide to book it and it was a great evening and we met some lovely people.

The apartment worked out just great for my wife, daughter, and myself. The location is most very convenient as a base for walking and enjoying the central district. The building is secure and the apartment is well stocked, and looks just a pretty as the pictures. Gorete is a wonderful host. Her communications are timely and informative, and you can just tell that she really wants to help you have a great experience during your time in Madrid.

We were so very pleased with this property. The location is perfect- on a very safe pedestrian street and neighborhood, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Close to metros and Atocha (in case you want to take the train to Segovia or Toledo, etc...)Alicia greeted us at check in and she was fantastic...always around to offer assistance and suggestions. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself. Very clean, very pretty with two balconies that allowed us to see the pedestrian traffic below. One Saturday or Sunday (?) they had a huge sidewalk sale! It was great.The owner Gorete was also very kind and helpful. She left a great list of nearby restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed Casa Alberto and VI Cool.We are looking forward to going back!Thank you for helping make our vacation perfect!

A special apartment in a great building on one of the nicest streets in Las Letras. Gorete and her team do a great job! This is our second time staying in one of Gorete’s apartments and we are already thinking about coming back again.

Great short stay

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Spain and it was great. High energy neighborhood, lots and of restaurants and shopping. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The Host was correct my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a great stay.

Madrid is Magical

Our host told us we would want to come back to Madrid and boy was she right! This might be my favorite city in the world now. The apartment was everything and more and the location was perfect! We can’t wait to return.

Calle Huertas - Madrid
