Perfekte Alternative zu einem teuren Hotel Zimmer ohne Luxus oder Standort aufzugeben! Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock (mit Aufzug) eines komplett neuen GebĂ€udes, jedoch mit Originalfassade. Es befindet sich in einer sehr beliebten Straße, "Calle de Huertas", im historischen Zentrum von Madrid, "Barrio de las Letras". Zu Fuß erreichbar sind die Museen Prado, Thyssen und Reina Sofia sowie der Palacio Real. Das Apartment verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett sowie zusĂ€tzliche Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. In der Mitte aller sehenswerten, begehrten Orte in Madrid gibt es viel Licht und Schmacke. Das Schlafzimmer hat 3 WĂ€nde und ist somit nicht ganz privat. Eine Wand / ein Schrank trennt das Wohnzimmer vom Schlafzimmer (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist).

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Plaza de Santa Ana. In der NĂ€he der Puerta del Sol und der Plaza Mayor. Sie können zu Fuß nach La Cava Baja, Mercado de San Miguel und auch Parque del Retiro. Wirklich ein perfekter Ort.

Perfect!

We were so happy with our stay. Gorete provided us with a great written guide to Madrid that helped us plan our short visit. We arrived early in the morning and we were lucky to have access right away. The apartment is small and cozy, it was perfect size for the two of us and the a/c was nice and strong - which we definitely needed! We were walkable to everything we wanted to do and so many restaurants, cafes, and bars. We would certainly rent again when back in Madrid!

Nice place in a convenient location. Clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen area has everything you need. The only complaint is the street noise after the bars close at 2 a.m. it's part of what happens in the world when young people leave the bars. I'd stay here again for sure

At home in Madrid

Great location. Within walking distance of the Prado museum and the royal palace. Too many restaurants close by to count. Vi Cool downstairs has a varied and delicious menu. The hostess bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ok for us. Nice apartment in a secure building. Highly recommended.

Well organized and great location

The apartment is very well organized and convenient. The only drawback is sound isolation. Unfortunately, we could hear all the movements of our neighbours, and since they went to bed pretty late, this was a nuisance for us. Something to consider if you are noise-sensitive.

Convenient location, clean, charming apartment

The location is convenient to most major attractions, shopping, restaurants etc! It is a bustling street and can get quite loud with people chatting and singing on the street but singing and laughter is not necessary a bad thing! We found some great restaurants and shops within walking distance! We were very happy with our accommodations! Would stay again!

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for manyyears, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
