Wunderschöne Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2, 5 Bädern im Herzen von Harbour Town! Diese Villa bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Entspannen Sie mit Ihren Gästen im geräumigen, neu eingerichteten Wohnzimmer, das Zugang zur hinteren Terrasse bietet. Grillen Sie auf der Terrasse etwas zu Abend, entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Calibogue Sound!

Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen und eine Wet-Bar, die von unserem Coastal Concierge-Service vorbestellt werden kann. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Villa. Um die Umstellung zu erleichtern, müssen SieDas Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV mit einem eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Schall. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett, ein Ausziehbett und zwei Einzelbetten, die auf Anfrage in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können.

Sea Pines bietet seinen Besuchern alle Arten von Annehmlichkeiten, darunter ein 600 Hektar großes Naturschutzgebiet, Golf, Tennis, kilometerlange Rad- und Wanderwege, Verleih von Kajaks und Paddleboards, geführte Angeltouren, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr! Property was beautiful- one of the best we have stayed at while on HHI. Perfect location- walking proximity to everything, amazing sunset views and ample parking. We have already booked this property again, we loved it so much. Management company felt very present and available, however we never required anything as the property was perfect.

Great location and very clean

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and in a perfect location with shops and restaurants within a short walk. The beach is a 20 yard walk out of the back door as well! We will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful scenery

My and I travel to Hilton head annually in November for part business part pleasure stay. We always seem to gravitate toward sea Pines/Harbourtown. This was probably our favorite place to stay. it provided a spacious and comfortable setting. The only drawback would be lack of miscellaneous items in the kitchen. And the pans can use replacement. However, these items are minor and overall our stay exceeded expectations.

Location Location Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view was spectacular seeing the water front and especially our daily visits from the Dophins swimming about!! The marina and actual Harbour Town was all literally 'just' around the corner. The unit itself was clean, very well maintained and updated recently. The 'galley' kitchen was smaller than we are used to but still had everything we needed. About the only suggestion would be to update the "grill" outside to a propane vs charcoal but we still made due with it all. I have used "VRBO" extensively to book our trips, and this is the first time that a booking 'agent' (company) was involved, since its usually private home owners. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth everything was and the agent herself (K) gave us outstanding service, follow up and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to book through this company again if through VRBO.

Location, location, location

THE LOCATION: Unbeatable. We’ve been visiting HHI for 25+ years, coming at least once a year for the past 16 years, and staying in Sea Pines for ninety percent of those visits. Staying in Harbour Town is such a great spot. I love the convenience of walking to the bakery in the morning for breakfast before going to the pier to see the dolphins that often hang out there in the AM, and strolling along the harbour at night before grabbing a drink at the tiki hut. I believe the trolly also has a couple of stops there in the summer, so getting to the beach is convenient. THE HOUSE: The house was very nice. It was clean and nicely updated. Mattresses were nice. Bathrooms were great. The view from the back patio is amazing, looking out at that beautiful tree and the water, and you are treated to gorgeous sunsets from there. My complaint would be the kitchen. It was so disorganized, poorly stocked, and all of the cooking items were just so worn. I am sure that under normal non-covid circumstances, a home like that isn’t one that people use to do much cooking, however, it would serve them well to spent a few hundred dollars to go through their stock, replace some things, and make sure they had everything a cook would need. CHECK-IN: We arrived at the address in the e-mail and were very confused. We were at a real estate office and there was no signage anywhere for the rental company I had been e-mailing with (Coastal Vacation Rentals). For everyone’s future benefit, the lockbox is at the door on the right on the side of the building that has parking and two entrances. I missed it and ended up unintentionally interrupting someone’s meeting in the real estate office. The gentleman in charge of their rental business was offsite, and no one else in the office seemed to know the lockbox existed. We had to wait for the man to come back with the keys. We had gotten there earlier than check-in probably was, so again, not at their fault we had to wait! However, my advice and request after the whole ordeal would be to update to a keyless system. For a house that sleeps so many, it’s so much easier anyways than to have to coordinate who has the keys.

Thank you for your very helpful feedback! We apologize for the trouble you had getting your pass. This Monday we will be moved into a new building across the parking lot from our existing location inside the Weichert building. We are very excited about our new location and this should eliminate the trouble of finding our lockbox. We are also adding Caba keyless entry on this home very soon. We will look at the kitchen inventory and organization and be sure this is ready for our next guests. Again, we thank you for your detailed and good feedback and we hope you will re-book with us another time! We promise a more seamless check in!

Fabulous spot in the center of Harbour Town

We absolutely loved this condo. The back patio was picturesque and the condo was perfect for our group.

Great place!!

Enjoyed this condo and would stay here again. Disappointed we couldn’t use the gas grill per owner’s request. Overall loved the location and condo.

Great location but needs cleaning.

We loved the views that this property offered. The location is perfect!! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our only issue was the lack of cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was very dirty with food stains on walls, door behind trash can was filthy and the bar top was sticky with leftover spills. Property in desperate need of a “deep” cleaning.
