THE OLIVE TREES GARDEN HOUSE

Welcome to the House of Olives. It is “grandmother’s” house in Versilia and I have lovingly rejuvenated it, adapting the old furniture to the modern shabby chic taste.
It is a semi-detached house cut horizontally 3 km from the Forte dei Marmi pier: 7 minutes by car and 14 minutes by bike through a fairy-tale tree-lined road and a cycle path.
The house has a large garden with 14 centuries-old olive trees and citrus trees.
A large patio opens onto the kitchen and is equipped with sofas and armchairs for conversation, while on the left of the veranda there is a Moroccan majolica table for aperitifs and dinners both in summer and winter, as it is equipped with sealing curtains for the colder months.
In the center of the garden you will find the barbecue area with a table for 8 people to enjoy the verdant theater of greenery during the summer months.
There is also a bench to sit, read or meditate and nearby a small living room with two armchairs and a table surrounded by greenery.

Kitchen
It was an old kitchen, which was all painted pink. I kept some of the old utensils, because they have a functionality that modern ones do not have. At the same time you will find a microwave, Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, juicer and latest generation toaster.

There is no air conditioning, but excellent fans in every room and mosquito nets on every window
