The apartment is very well situated and has all the comfort and advantages for a family holiday at the sea. Its private garage is precious while public parkings in the center are all paying and very difficult to find , especially during the summer. Viareggio is a little sea resort who, thanks to its huge beaches and its “Promenade “ in Liberty Style, the shops and numerous excellent restaurants, attracts a cosmopolite or just Tuscan public all year long. This center is the perfect starting point for cultural or touristic day trips. In less than one hour you can easily reach the cities of Firenze, Lucca or Pisa, the marble quarries of Carrara, or the “ Cinque Terre”. For the young (and less young) people there are a lot of pubs, discotheques, live-concerts etc..where they can go also walking or by bicycle. The other attractive of Viareggio are the Carnival ( also summer shows) and the Puccini Festival.
