As described, no surprises. Everything was great, couldn’t be in a better location- close to pier and grocery store. Communication with owner was fantastic- super prompt, welcoming and helpful when we reached out. Would come back again!

Great beach get-away

We went back to Newport Beach for a week with our family and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Perfect location right on the bike path and near so many restaurants and grocery store. Super convenient to drive in, had our own parking and condo gave us plenty of space for our whole family. I'm a planner, so getting the check-in instructions the day of check-in made me a little anxious, but we were able to follow all steps to get in on a timely manner (there were several steps to follow when we arrived and made it a little difficult when we arrived in the dark).

Unbelievable Location

I grew up coming to Newport Beach and this was my first time renting a beach house. This location is perfect!!! Located on the boardwalk does not get any better, closeness to the store is super convenient, and the proximity to all the shops near the pier is priceless. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Fun stay in Newport

we had a nice stay in Newport. The view cannot be beat and the easy access to the ocean was awesome- as well as the fun activities to be had along the boardwalk. There were a few bumps, but it was easy to communicate with the owners, and they worked very hard to resolve all issues. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we are typically used to, but that just meant we had to hit the grocery store a little bit more and wash dishes more frequently- There were lots of fun sand toys, and water equipment to be used, which was very much appreciated as well as a couple of bikes. All in all it was a nice time.

The condo was amazing! Perfect spot on the boardwalk, walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and of course right on the beach. The unit was actually roomier than we thought with three bedrooms, 2 baths and plenty of space to spread out. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful as we had been on the road for a while beforehand. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach location

Great location and very responsive host. Had some issues with things not working, but the host tried to accommodate. Only issue was finding street parking and lack of storage. We couldn’t really unpack suitcases because a lot of the storage area was full of gear for the house. Other than that, the place was great. Had plenty of beach gear

Excellent Location and Facility

House is modern and clean. View (next to beach) and access to beach is amazing. Short walk to restaurants, and watching sunset from outdoor patio is a plus. Communication with owner was great, with immediate response to any questions I had.

Like Your Own Beach Home

The Host was very responsive and constantly available. From the second floor, you feel right on the sand. There is only a bike/walking path in front of you that is not heavily used. The biggest drawback is the parking. Parking is very tight. There is not generous back-up space to pull out of the garage, so you need to be careful and patient.

Great location, perfect vacation

The property location is exactly as listed- on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets! We could walk to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops. The unit was clean, fully stocked with all essentials and ready for us to move in and enjoy our vacation immediately. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, linens. We did not cook dinners but always prepared breakfast and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Washer/dryer in unit so convenient. It was large enough for 4 adults ( including two teenagers). Property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. You will not be disappointed.

Great Spring Break Stay

Awesome view! Very clean!

My family and I had a great spring break at this property! It is very clean and kept up very well. It is well stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen has nice, well kept dishes and anything we needed we found throughout the property including boogie boards! We have stayed in many properties in Newport and this one is definitely one of the cleanest and well stocked! The sunsets are breathtaking from the balcony and the view of the ocean is perfect and away from the clatter. Edward was great to work with and quick in his communication! You will love this place!!! We will definitely be back!

The views were definitely as advertised. The early morning coffee on the balcony and evening Wine is definitely a relaxing space. Edward was always very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the dishwasher as it broke down right before Thanksgiving, but being it was a holiday - I understood there was very little to be done and we finished our trip - old school - but time with Family was enjoyed by all. This unit is in a great location to walk to everything and the peacefulness of the waves, cannot be denied. Thank you, Edward, for always responding to our questions.

Gorgeous view

The VIEW! We very much enjoyed our stay. You can hear the ocean while sleeping and it was amazing to wake up to see the ocean out of the large living room windows. We sat and watched dolphins at play every morning. There was plenty of room in the house for 6 adults. We would definitely book another stay here!

Best location in Newport

This property has a GREAT view of the ocean and we loved watching the sunset every day. Usually staying on the ocean side versus the Bayside means a lot more commotion and noise, but that is not a distraction when enjoying the views from the balcony. The condo being where it is on the peninsula is great for amazing food at fun new restaurants, with all the amenities from groceries to bike rentals, which we rode to Huntington beach. Couldn't have asked for a more, relaxing, active, fun filled trip!
