The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen with additional barstool seating, perfect for prepping snacks or enjoying casual bites.
Each of the four bedrooms is designed for comfort and relaxation, all with TVs for winding down, and the primary bedroom includes access to outdoor space. With two full bathrooms, in-home laundry, and thoughtfully stocked essentials, your stay is easy from check-in to checkout. The living room also comes equipped with a full sleeper sofa.
Step outside and enjoy two elevated outdoor living areas: a balcony with seating and a rooftop patio with an umbrella-shaded dining table for alfresco meals under the sun.
**Please note:** This is a duplex home. AvantStay guests have full private access to the upper floor, rooftop patio, and balcony only. The lower-level patio and its furnishings are exclusively for the downstairs tenants—these are not to be used or moved. Guests will enter via a designated stairway; signage will guide you to the correct door.

The living is easy here and it invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel.

Home Truths:
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed at this property at a fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trash is collected on Monday mornings; bins may block cars from Sunday night through Monday evening (5:30 pm).
- The laundry room should not be left unattended and unlocked. Please ensure it is locked at all times, even while loads are running.
Parking Details:
- Guests may park in any spaces except the two spots closest to the garbage bins (furthest from the ocean), which are reserved for the downstairs tenants. Signage will be provided on-site for clarity. The parking space is located to the left and on the walkway path.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
