The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer in unit, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Boards, a Cooler, Sand Toys, and a 1-minute walk to the sand.

Guests will have full access to the downstairs of the duplex and front patio. You will receive a Welcome Guide 3 days prior to your arrival and 24 Hours prior to your arrival we will send a reminder of the details for your stay along with check in times. Other things to note
Shared free parking (1 spot) in the garage which is very small. No oversized vehicles. The type of vehicle it can fit is nothing bigger than a JEEP RENEGADE (2). Parking in the garage will be at your own risk we are not responsible for any damages acquired to your vehicle and or the other guests . This will be between you and the other party involved. Additional parking on the street for free that have no meters. Metered parking is strictly enforced by the city.
