Dieses künstlerische Strandhaus liegt in einer sandigen Calle und bietet geräumige Terrassen und Gärten sowie einen einfachen Zugang zum Strand. Neben den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein kleines, freistehendes Ferienhaus mit einer Twin-Futon-Couch / Bett. Holzkohlegrill. Die Eigentümer fordern Gäste auf, die das Anwesen in Ruhe genießen können, anstatt Feiern oder Partys zu veranstalten. HINWEIS: Es gibt eine Wohnung auf dem Grundstück, die langfristig vermietet wird, es hat einen separaten Eingang und der Mieter nutzt keinen Teil des Hofes oder des Haupthauses. Hunde erlaubt. Mieter, die Haustiere mitbringen: Zusätzliche Gebühr für Haustiere: 25 USD / Nacht, maximal 150 USD pro Woche für längere Aufenthalte, zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 50 USD, Kaution von 500 USD. Bettenkonfiguration: 1 König, 1 Königin, 1 Zweibettzimmer im Haus, 1 Zweibettzimmer im Gartenhaus.

Artsy warm home

This family home is filled with the owner's art and quirky deco. We had fun exploring the house and enjoyed the location - quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to town. (One thing that would have made it even better: screens on the windows so that we could enjoy the fresh ocean breeze sans mosquitoes).

The Essential 2 Jose Patio Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.

Stinson beach is about 4 minutes down a path and its spectacular for sunsets. The house is unique and the windows and patios give a great view of the mountain, where by the way, you can hike. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main front door to the house wouldn't stay closed, so if you didn't lock it, it would blow open. The beds were extremely soft - too soft for us...we kept rolling into each other. The bedroom with the king bed didn't have window coverings on all the windows, so getting dressed and undressed was a bit more exposure than we were comfortable with. We also had a MAJOR house fly problem! At one point, I'd say we had at least 100 flys in the house. Seating 4 of us in the sitting area wasn't all that comfortable - could use some upholstered chairs there.
