Atemberaubende Golf Front Luxury Condo, Amazing Views, Sandy Beach, Schöner Sonnenuntergang

We live in a small city in New Hampshire, but consider our condo on Manasota Key to be our second home. Our dream has been to have a condo right on the beach, but we never dreamed that we would have a home this nice and this large. We feel blessed and now look forward to renting our home to others who we hope love it just as much as we do. We have a large family; ever expanding as grandchildren keep us hopping which is great fun, but sometimes exhausting. We have great kids and great son and daughters in law so we want them all to come; therefore, we needed this huge condo to put them. We have a total of four bedrooms and four full and two half baths. Believe me; with our family we need it all. We have the privilege of owning commercial and residential properties in N.H., where we have great tenants who are almost universally considerate and enjoyable. We have a considerable number of tenants so we feel that we realize the needs of tenants. This is our first time renting short term so please communicate with us as we aim to earn your trust. Debbie and I chose Southwest Florida and Manasota Key, in particular because of its laid back Florida lifestyle. We didn't want to fight traffic in Florida. We chose Gulf Breeze because of its bold Gulf front location. We are directly on the sand and we have beautiful panoramic Southerly, Westerly, and Northerly views of the Gulf and it's sunsets from four different balconies. We can see the sunrise over Lemon Bay from the easterly balcony. You can walk to the local restaurants and night life, yet our beach is uncrowded and very family oriented. If we want a hot dog we can walk to the hotdog stand or cook it on our grill allowing us to eat and snack on our beach. The grandchildren can play on the beach playground near our home. Groceries and a wide variety of services are located just over the causeway, but we don't leave the island for days as we have fresh fish sold locally and convenience shopping right here. There are no tolls to pay to come to the island and you leave your cares and the traffic to others. There are no traffic snarls here and you can ride your bike easily to anywhere on the island. We are close to Venice, Sarasota, and Naples, but Miami, the Everglades, Busch Gardens and Disneyworld are close enough for the kids to visit. Best of all we have fabulous wild and sea life so near. Walk the beach for miles as you view dolphins play just thirty feet off shore and beautiful shells by the hundreds appear at your feet. The Sea Turtles come each year to nest and the beach owners take their journey and nesting to heart. Beautiful birds of so many species come due to the natural surroundings of the isle. We came to relax and leave the world behind and we do! We hope you love this island as do we.

We believe the most unique benefits you will enjoy are the bold panoramic views of every direction that you have from this condominium. The sunrises and sunsets from our balconies are unforgettable and mesmerizing. This is the largest condominium on Manasota key measuring 4300 square feet. You cannot realize the balcony size, foreground and distant vistas that are comparable to these from any other condo on the Key. There are two balconies off of the living room and two balconies off of the master suite. The master has sweeping westerly views of the Gulf, and beautiful southerly views down the beach. The living room also has direct sweeping views of the Gulf and northerly and westerly views up the beach. The beach is lined with sea grass and sand dunes affording an ' old Florida ' laid back, uncrowded feel of yesteryear. The master suite itself measures nearly 800 square feet having a large walk in shower, oval soaking tub and two large vanities. Each room in the condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The dining and living rooms are oversized allowing you to spread out and find your space. We have toys for the kids, bath towels and sand chairs for all. Linens are all provided. The condo hot tub is large enough for eight and the grill allows you to cook and eat right on the beach. You have under the building parking away from the sun. The elevator takes you right to your door.
