Third Floor – Main Living Level
The reverse open floor plan puts the main living room, dining area, and kitchen on the top living level. A Queen bedroom with TV and private access to a newly remodeled hall bathroom is also located here. The elevator opens directly into the main living space. Enjoy the full-length porch with plenty of seating, plus access to the rooftop deck with fantastic ocean and golf course views.

Second Floor
A convenient hall pantry with a refrigerator and elevator access makes this level especially functional for large groups. On the east side are two Queen bedrooms, each with a TV, sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom also has a private deck.

To the east is a Queen bedroom with TV and private bathroom, plus an adjoining kids' room with a Twin bunk bed. On the west side, you'll find a hall bathroom, a Queen bedroom with TV, and another bunk room with a Full bed on the bottom and Twin on top.

Garage Level
After a day at the beach, rinse off in one of two private outdoor showers. The garage level also features a ping pong table, perfect for family tournaments and rainy-day fun.
