Dieses Haus mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 6 Bädern ist eines der schönsten Häuser auf der Isle of Palms. Dieses Haus hat einen spektakulären Blick von allen Veranden. Dieses luxuriöse Strandhaus verfügt über 2 Master-Suiten mit großen Master-Bädern. Beide verfügen über große Whirlpool-Badewannen und Duschen mit mehreren Köpfen. Kevin Costner war eigentlich zwei Monate hier, als er mit seiner Band in der Stadt war !!

Wenn ein formelles Wohnzimmer nicht ausreicht, hat dieses Haus zwei. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist sehr offen und bietet einen Wintergarten oder einen hochmodernen Unterhaltungsbereich. Geräumige Veranden vorne und hinten auf jeder Etage. Der Aufzug bedient die Garage, den 1. und den 2. Stock.

Wenn Sie das Haus von der Haustür aus betreten, werden Sie von einem Wohnzimmer mit Flachstrich-TV / DVD, Bartresen und Minikühlschrank begrüßt. Die erste von zwei Master-Suiten befindet sich gegenüber dem Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick. Ebenfalls auf dieser Etage befinden sich 4 weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit einer Königin, eines mit zwei Königinnen, eines mit einem König und eines mit zwei Zwillingen. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch eine Waschküche und ein offener Sitzbereich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

In der zweiten Etage befindet sich das sehr große Esszimmer, die Küche und das tolle Zimmer. Diese Küche ist erstklassig, alle rostfreien Geräte, zwei Geschirrspüler, Gaskochfeld und Doppelöfen. Unten im Flur von der Küche befindet sich die zweite Master-Suite. Dieses Zimmer ist sehr groß und verfügt über einen separaten Sitzbereich mit Schlafsofa. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs von diesem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein weiteres großes Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, jeweils mit Rollbett und einem Schlafsofa.

Der Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht mehr.

Nach einem Tag voller Sonne und Sand können Sie sich in der Außendusche abspülen und in der Cabana an Ihrem eigenen Pool mit Springbrunnen entspannen! In der Garage befindet sich eine Eismaschine im kommerziellen Stil. Auf den vielen Veranden genießen Sie die atemberaubendste Aussicht von allen! Machen Sie dies für viele Jahre zu Ihrem Zuhause!

The pictures on line are better than the place and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom , one roll of paper towels. No coffee or coffee filters . The cleaning of the place was sub par and many cobwebs and rodent feces in the kitchen. We also had a rodent knowing through the wood floors on main floor master. For the price , it was a rip off. We had 11 adults and so the space is good. It don’t expect anything - the pool was dirty as well. No sponge for the sink or dishwashing liquid. No soap or small shampoos in bathroom and one hair dryer for the whole place. I have a vacation rental in another state and was so surprised at how cheap the management company here sticks things and reacts to issues. Don’t waste your money on this place. We were all taken back at the lack of cleanliness and basic items that should be stocked. If you are offering a kitchenThen have salt and pepper, coffee filters , paper towels and cleaning supplies. This house was terrific! A group of 16 of us (college sorority sisters) gathered from across the US for our 5th annual getaway. While we (sadly) had grey, rainy weather, the house layout and gathering spaces allowed us to enjoy our time together, eat together, and sleep comfortably throughout the weekend. Fabulous layout for a larger group, and super convenient to beach and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

Spacious home with excellent beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants. Our group of 9 women had ample space to spread out in sitting areas, porches and at the pool. The elevator was extremely useful, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property manager Heather was very responsive to our request to repair shower door and ice machine---maintenance responded the same day! Request to replace towels and pillows at the property was noted and order was placed by the management company for these items to insure future guest's comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

There were 7 bedrooms with television’s in only 2 of them which presented a problem after dark, I’ve stayed in several homes in the isle of palms and every time all rooms had tv’s. The pool needed work so we lost a couple of days by the pool and the linens (towels) were the smallest and thinnest that I have seen.

We really enjoyed our family time at this huge house seven bedrooms accommodated all the family and children. The house was clean when we checked in and we really enjoyed the pool. We had a few issues with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but know you have to bring everything as far as spices, toilet paper and paper towels.The main concern with our group was that it needed new bed, pillows. Stayed here 5/31-6/7/25 with my 3 sons and their families. We had a great week. The house is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool in early evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The open concept in the main floor allowed for easy conversation with kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. My recommendations:To Heather( host): binder needs update re: garbage days. We missed putting garbage out because info was incorrect. Pillowcases on extra pillows would be more hygienic and keep pillows cleaner. To other travelers: the towels are few and small. There are no beach towels or beach chats, etc. WE brought our own towels based on other reviews.Overall, we would definitely recommend this beautiful honest others

Beautiful home!

Very nice stay. Home is big and has lots of room. The pool and pool area are also very nice and everything was clean. You will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide one per bathroom/the kitchen. Overall would recommend this property! Thank you!

Fantastic location, lots of space, two limitations

The location of this property is fantastic! You’re directly across the street from the beach access, there are so many bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk down the road, and you’re an easy drive into downtown Charleston. The home itself has so much space, it’s open, and it’s clean. Communication with Heather was seamless and the checkin process was super easy. There were only 2 minor downsides - 1) the outdoor pool/grilling area was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was just a lot of dirt/leaves/grime throughout the backyard living space so we barely utilized this area. 2) The house comes with the bare minimum so be prepared to purchase a lot then leave the remainder there. For instance, there is no propane tank for the grill, only 1 roll of paper towels, only 1 trash bag, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hand soap for bathrooms, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no sponges, no pool towels, and limited shower towels. I noticed we spent a lot of money buying these products but then had to leave the remainder at the house as we couldn’t fly home with them. Overall, we had a great experience!

Very nice house and excellent location! Very clear in the instructions, but for a long weekend stay not having any consumables was inconvenient and a bit wasteful. The house was great for our family and we fit perfectly. Loved the beach.

Spacious and comfortable

We came here to celebrate my 80th birthday with family and friends. We found the home quit spacious and plenty of room for all. All my guests commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was plenty spacious but requires some updates to cook wares which I understand is being addressed. The neighborhood was very quiet for the exception of construction across the street from hurricane damage. If one is looking for a spacious quiet and close to a short beach walk, this is your place. By the way, the elevator was a god sent when it came to hauling up and down luggage. Just be careful on who operates it, you’ll have no issues.
