Upon entering the home, you'll find a den around which four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two master suites) are located as well as a stairwell to the second floor and a back porch that leads to a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second master suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the living room. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a game room with a foosball table, two bunk bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the balcony. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sea Gem's many exterior balconies. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.
Sea Gem is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.
