There is also a separate wine and bar hutch area, thoughtfully styled and fully stocked with glassware. Every single meal here feels special.

The kitchen is fully equipped with white shaker cabinets, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances including range, built in microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two coffee makers, a Cuisinart and a Keurig, because mornings deserve options. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything you need for a full week of home cooked meals.

The primary bedroom has a king sized white coastal bed, plush carpet, dual nightstands, ceiling fan, classic wood shutters, wall mounted TV, and direct en suite bathroom access. Quiet, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a full beach day.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds dressed in beautiful patchwork quilts, hardwood floors, classic wood shutters, a vintage wood armoire, and its own ceiling fan. Perfect for kids or any guests who want their own cozy space.

The primary en suite features a dual sink vanity with navy blue cabinetry and crystal gold hardware plus direct screened balcony access. You can literally step from the bath onto your beachfront porch. The guest bath has a white marble countertop vanity and tub and shower combo, clean and bright with charming coastal decor.

The building has two beachfront pools surrounded by travertine tile decks with loungers and umbrella seating, framed by lush tropical landscaping and manicured lawns that roll all the way to the sand. Walking from the pool to the beach takes about 30 seconds. It genuinely feels like your own private beachfront estate.
