This family friendly unit offers 3 bedrooms, wifi, flat screen TVs, working spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, as well as a welcoming outdoor space with a grill and children's toys.
This apartment is a single unit of a three unit home. It is on the first floor of the building. There are three bedrooms, with a king bed, queen bed, and a full bed. Two rooms have a desk for a dedicated workspace. The spacious bathroom includes a tub and we can provide a baby tub. We have a changing table, portable pack n play, a booster/highchair, a few toddler friendly toys and board games for all ages.

Our kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, including tools, appliances, and spices. Enjoy your mornings with a fully stocked coffee bar, perfect for brewing your favorite cup.

Relax in the shared backyard, perfect for playtime or to a grill a meal. The space also features toys for kids, making it perfect for family downtime and enjoying the sunshine!

We live on the property with our family including 2 children and a dog. We are happy to share any essentials for making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please feel to reach out with any requests and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Please note, we are considerate of the space below and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. However, as the building is older, you may hear foot traffic or an occasional bark during the day. During the weekdays, the building is typically quiet, making it a peaceful environment for working from home and staying productive.
