The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the West Town area, about four miles west of Downtown Chicago, blending historic residential charm with the energy of a central neighborhood. The streets around here are generally walkable and lined with a mix of older homes and renovated spaces, and you’re within easy reach of local parks like Smith Park and a broad variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops that help give the area a lively, urban feel. Locals describe West Town as culturally diverse and active—with plenty of dog walkers, joggers, and neighbors out and about—and though some pockets near major intersections can feel busier and safety perceptions vary block by block, most residents enjoy the convenience of public transit options and proximity to vibrant hubs like Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park, and the West Loop.

Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. We strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible, so please let us know if you require alternative arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.



Parking: Ample free street parking



Smoking Policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including all bedrooms and common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please inquire.



Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets for a one time fee of $150.
