Guests have exclusive access to the entire duplex and all outdoor spaces throughout their stay.



Self check-in is available via keypad, and personalized access codes for both units will be provided prior to arrival.



Street parking is available on Monroe Avenue and nearby side streets. Parking is not permitted on Fig Street.



A local co-host is available throughout your stay for anything you need on the ground; reachable by message before, during, or after your trip.

• Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided

• A starter supply of household essentials is provided

• Unit A is accessed by four exterior steps

• Unit B is accessed by an exterior staircase

• As this is a duplex, guests may occasionally hear neighbors when both units are occupied

• Golf cart rentals are available locally and are a popular way to explore Cape Charles

• Please be respectful of neighbors in this quiet residential area, especially in the evenings

• Families are welcome. Please note that the home is not fully childproofed, and children should be supervised at all times.
