Komplett renoviertes Strandhaus wird jedem gefallen! Große Sonnenterrasse mit gemütlichen Ess- und Sitzbereichen. Die 1. Etage verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa und Stühlen mit einem TV / Spielbereich. Die neue Küche hat eine Esse-in-Insel. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Das Badezimmer im 1. Stock verfügt über eine Dusche mit Sitzgelegenheit und der angrenzende Waschbereich führt zum Achterdeck, um Schatten, Grillen oder Ruhe zu genießen. Die 2. Etage verfügt über ein komplettes Bad in der Halle, eine Master Suite mit 3/4 Bad, Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3, beide mit Doppelbetten. Die Wet Bar Bereich führt nach draußen zu einem 2. Stock Deck mit Blick auf die Bucht. Die 3. Etage umfasst Schlafzimmer Nr. 4 mit zwei Einzelbetten, Schlafzimmer Nr. 5 hat ein Doppelbett und eine Luftmatratze und ein 1/2 Bad im Flur. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht, Fernseher und Internet.

Nimm ein Handtuch und überquere die Straße zur Bucht! Ideal für Familien.

Clean and great location

House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We were there during an extreme heat situation and the AC worked very well. The location is perfect for walking everywhere which we enjoyed.

Great house

This house is in the perfection location with easy beach access and a quick golf cart ride or short walk from Mason Ave. We had a couple of issues pop up with the house while we were there and the rental company was quick to respond and fix the issues. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Place to Enjoy Cape Charles

Blue Bay was perfectly located to enjoy not only the beach, but the town of Cape Charles. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, providing ample space for our group of ladies celebrating a milestone birthday. Perhaps our favorite place at Blue Bay was the second story deck, where we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We hope to visit again!

Home was as described and pictured. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the views from both sunroom and upper deck. Good communication from Management company. Beds were comfy. Nice to have TV in each room. Water temp in showers/bath could use an increase. What would make this home a great find for Fall/winter would be a Firetable outside or an electric fireplace indoors, This would be great for those chilly, cloudy days. The town is small but charming and everyone was super friendly. We have stayed in VRBO homes around the country and would stay here again.

Perfect House, Pefect Location

This house is amazing. It is completely updated - can you say heated bathroom floors? It has a huge living area just perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed meals in the enclosed porch and sunsets on the upstairs deck. And the beach was right outside our door! We are totally in love with this place. Plus the town of Cape Charles is just a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away with all kinds of fun things to see. Don't miss the opportunity to rent this house!

We will definitely be back to explore more of this small town. The rental was beautiful and perfect for me and my two sisters, and our families. The rooms in the attic were perfect for the kids (7 kids). We were directly across from the beach and had views of both the sunrise and sunset from the house. We were also just a walk down from the LOVE sign. Great location!Big shout out to Christy (I hope I’m spelling that right) from Chesapeake Properties for her stellar customer service. She has an amazing positive energy and was a great welcome to Cape Charles.

Perfect vacation house for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the house and the location! Across from the beach and an easy walk into town and to the park. The two third floor bedrooms wouldn't really work for couples (small beds) or tall people (attic ceiling) but worked out perfectly for my daughter and grandson. All the rooms had beautiful views, the kitchen was nicely equipped, the living room was perfect for movie nights, we loved eating and playing games in the sun room and every evening we went out on the second floor deck to watch the sunset. There were nine of us and we had plenty. of space, bathrooms, etc. The wifi worked great which. was a plus.I recommend you bring your own beach towels, if you plan to spend time at the beach, as there were only two provided. Other than that, we wanted for nothing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we stayed at Blue Bay and it was just as wonderful as ever. The house is fantastic for family gatherings. The location right on the beach is the absolute best. The wonderful historic district is within walking/golf carting/biking distance. The house is well maintained and well equipped with a large kitchen and table space for everyone. The upstairs porch overlooks the beach and some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. There are beach chairs and towels and the rental company is the absolute best. They not only include linens but put them on the beds! There are shower and kitchen supplies - you don't have to bring or buy any of that! And then check out is essentially take out the trash and turn off the lights! How easy is that? We LOVE this place and will be back!

The location is the best in Cape Charles and the house is very clean with a stocked kitchen and little amenities you'd find in a hotel. This house pretty much embodies our family vacation, and our kids have grown up coming here. So grateful to the owner for sharing their little slice of heaven each year...the oldest daughter is graduating high school in three summers and I hope we can keep coming back to this house once she's away at college! The house was clean and beautiful. I'm sure the owner will make some of the suggested repairs. It needs a new refrigerator with ice and water. Also the deck floor needs repair. It should be noted that anyone over 6'2 feet should not try to stay on the 3rd floor unless they want to bang their head frequently. Put the kids up there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Had a wonderful time. The only suggestion that I have is you may want to install a safety hold bar in the upstairs shower. The upstairs tub is very slippery. Also, I requested to rent the home next year for June 16-23. Never got an email confirming my request. Am I scheduled for that week? Thanks. And again thanks for the wonderful stay we had.
