This vacation rental has 3 decks, rear paver patio with plenty of outdoor seating, weber gas grill, a wet bar on the third floor with magnificent water views, corn hole boards, 2 paddle boards, 8 beach chairs with beach umbrellas and beach towels for your use. The home also has board games and a ping pong table in the garage. We offer one 6-passenger Golf Cart for a separate fee that can be used during your vacation stay. A signed release of liability is required to operate or rent the golf cart and they must be over the age of 18 with a valid driver's license. Cape Charles is a golf cart friendly community, and it makes transportation much easier to get around town, to the local beaches, and transporting your paddleboards and beach needs.

First floor features Master bedroom with king bed, wall mounted smart TV, spacious bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, walk-in closet and sliding doors leading out to the 1st floor deck. 2nd Bedroom located on first floor features queen bed, wall mounted smart TV, private access to full bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding doors leading out to the 1st floor deck. Second floor features 3rd Bedroom with King bed, wall mounted smart TV and private access to full bathroom. 4th bedroom also located on second floor has bunk bed with single on top and double on bottom with pull out trundle along with a separate twin bed. Lastly there is a comfortable queen sofa bed located on third floor. All bedding, linens and towels are provided with your rental.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to whip up your favorite dishes. From morning coffee to gourmet dinners, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. We offer both a Keurig and coffee maker depending on your preference as well as an air fryer and blender.
