The Space:

The private lanai is the defining space here, with ocean views for the first coffee or a sunset drink. Inside, the two-bedroom, two-bath layout gives up to six guests room to settle in, and the well-equipped kitchen supports meals at home. Air conditioning, an in-room safe, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi make the practical parts of a beach stay feel easy.



Guest Access:

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Mana Kai's Keawakapu Beach setting sits between the casual energy of South Kihei and the beach-and-dining scene of Wailea. Start on the long sandy shoreline outside the resort, then go north for coffee, shops, casual food, and local beach parks. Head south when you want another beach or a different dinner. The shared pool, gym, and grills give the group useful close-to-home choices, while this unit's ocean-view lanai means the Pacific stays present even during downtime.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• The fitness and business center is temporarily closed due to damage sustained from Lowell.



**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.
