Royal Mauian # 212 LUXUS OCEANFRONT Eigentumswohnung auf der zweiten Etage (Unit # 212) ist 30 Meter vom Meer im Zentrum des Royal Mauian Resort, so dass Sie die 180-Grad-Panorama-Meerblick auf den Pazifischen Ozean genießen können. Ein paar Schritte vom Royal Mauian Komplex sind zwei schöne weiße Sandstrände, Kamaole Beach Parks I und II. Die private Veranda ist ein großartiger Ort, um die einheimischen Schildkröten am Morgen zu füttern, beobachten Sie die Wale (Wintermonate) und genießen Sie die warmen Hawaiian Brisen. Der Royal Mauian Komplex verfügt über einen beheizten Süßwasserpool am Meer und Liegestühle für unsere Gäste. Tolle Lage

Lanai ist sehr klein. Zudem steht ein riesiges AC-Gerät dort, das nimmt zum einen Platz weg und zum anderen ist es nicht möglich, draussen zu sitzen, wenn AC an ist. Das ist sehr schade. Es wird kein Duschmittel/Shampoo zur Verfügung gestellt.

Fantastic unit.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. And the shower had great water pressure. We loved the keypad entry so we weren’t have to keep track of a key or card. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella along with 5 beach towels. The views were outstanding and super close to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Great location. In walking distance to many shops. The owner is wonderful and we had amazing communication. I highly recommend this rental.We hope to come back again for a longer stay.

Our First Time to Hawaii!

We had such a wonderful time! Laura’s place was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the room to spread out a bit and having two full bathrooms was helpful. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, keep the place clean, and play at the beach. We used the beach chairs, sand toys, and cooler every day. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Clean and comfortable in a location that can’t be beat! Short walk to two different beaches was great! Watching the sunset from the lanai, snorkeling right in front of the condo - we saw turtles every day. It was the best trip we have ever had. Cannot wait to come back!

Ready to go back

We celebrated 20+ years in Hawaii and split our time between Oahu and Maui. This condo was perfect for our family in every way. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained, and nicely updated. It had all the amenities we needed and more and was a great home base to explore Maui both in the car and on foot. The view is maybe the best view I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The weather is consistently amazing, and the access to the 2 beaches on either side made things so easy. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo and we swam with sea turtles almost every day we went! We just arrived home and are already trying to figure out when we can go back! Thanks for a great rental and great communication.

The perfect spot! Amazing view!

The condo was exactly as described. I loved the security, as we received a new door code that activated that day. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot etc... we needed, with nice appliances and beautiful countertops and cabinets. The whole condo was nicely furnished and the beds and bedding very comfortable. I loved the zoned A/C with individual units/controls for both bedrooms and the livingroom. They kept it nice and cool, and we could shut off units when we weren't using those rooms. The patio area was wonderful for morning coffee, and the view was amazing. Both the master bedroom and the livingroom had beautiful views of the ocean. I also liked there were chairs and umbrellas included, as well as beach towels. Access to both nearby beaches was very convenient, and only a short walk across the street to snorkle shops, shopping, and several restaurants. Communication with Laura was excellent. And she was very nice and worked with me when we made a mistake with our reservation. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding and Honeymoon Trip

We came to Maui to get married and enjoy our honeymoon. We chose this condo because of it's location and it was perfect!! The condo is located right on the ocean with a spectacular view from the lanai. It is situated between two beautiful beaches [Kam 1 and Kam 2]that are right off the condo property. Directly in front of the condo are reefs where you can go snorkeling. We saw turtles, all types of fish and beautiful coral while snorkeling there.Directly across the street from the condo are little shopping centers with restaurants,shopping and water sports rentals. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you'll need including a very comfortable kingsize bed. The owner is very responsive to any questions you might have. I highly recommend and am looking forward to when we can return.

Great vacation at the Royal Mauian

The Royal Mauian is a great please to vacation in Maui. Beach access and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds is what brings us back each year. We thoroughly enjoyed our sweet 212, well equipped and very comfortable. Our host has kept the Suite in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the roof top grill and seating area for a sunset view while we had dinner. Great location close to all amenities. We frequented Coconuts and Hawaiian Moons.

Family Paradise & Snorkel Haven

This is it! Look no further. Our family of 4 had the best trip here. Gorgeous views, easy check-in, excellent dining options just across the street. Two beaches to choose from just steps from the condo. In fact, we booked a snorkel adventure (and while it was great), the snorkeling in front of the condo was just as good or BETTER. We saw sea turtles every day, colorful fish, and had a blast lounging on the beach. Coolers and chairs in the condo were a lifesaver, rented boogie boards across the street, and the full kitchen was amazing. We watched the sunset on the roof, ate breakfast on the lanai, and watched movies every night. The washer and dryer made the trip stress-free, and the shave ice and gelato across the street were enjoyed every night by the kids. You will not regret renting this place — we will be back! 🌺 Mahalo!

Great Experience!

The condo was well stocked with full kitchen, beach chairs and towels and umbrellas, very nice to have these amenities! AC in each room worked well and were needed. Location was great, so if you don’t have a car you can get groceries and have numerous dining options close by. Rooftop grills and dining was a bonus too. A good property and easy access to beaches. Would love to come back to stay here! Great hosts!

I Don’t Want To Say Perfect But…

This place is definitely that if you are looking for a great Kihei location. From relaxing on the lanai, sleeping on the comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen with large refrigerator, the condo is wonderful. Perfect Spot!

The condo and location were just perfect. This was our 5th trip to Kihei and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. We are the Gaertner family. Paul works as an Emergency Room Physician and Laura is an administrator and property manager. We are parents to our married daughter Gabrielle (25) (and SIL Ken) and our son, Samuel (22). We have a fur baby westie named Bentley and we live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. We bought RM 212 back in 2008 and have NEVER regretted purchasing in what we believe to be THE BEST condo complex in Maui. When someone says the view doesn't matter, they've never had one! Ocean for as far as the eye can see is something we've come to absolutely adore!

We LOVE the island of Maui! We have vacationed on Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii, and we found Maui fit our family the best. We enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle as well as the shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities Maui has to offer. Our favorite part of Maui is Kihei. We love that Kihei is warm, dry and sunny as opposed to the rainier north side of Maui. This is why we chose to purchase a property in Kihei and we believe the Royal Mauian is located in the best possible place to enjoy Maui to its fullest. Beautiful Wailea/Makena is a quick drive away to world class shopping and restaurants. It's close enough to Kahului for Costco and Target and to Lahaina/Ka'anapali for a change of scenery to experience Front Street or Whaler's Village. We also love to day trip over to Kapulua, Napili for brunch at the Plantations Golf Course and to check out the beaches such as DT Fleming Beach. or Napili Bay. Kihei, in our opinion, is the PERFECT spot to enjoy all of Maui.

We love Royal Mauian 212 b/c of the full ocean view from it's central location in the building, it's short walking distance to two great beaches, Kamaole I and II (great for kids), and close to shopping and restaurants. Our family favorite is Fred's Mexican and the ABC Store right across the road!! We've done our best to make Royal Mauian #212 luxurious and comfortable.

Royal Mauian 212 has been fully renovated. In January 2022 the entire condo was freshly painted. You will enjoy keyless entry, zoned AC (units in all bedrooms and living/dining area), as well as the up to date kitchen and bathrooms. We have gone to great lengths to try and think of everything our guests could need while staying in our condo. We placed TV's in the living room and both bedrooms (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). In January 2022 we installed new high speed internet for our guests to enjoy fast downloading etc. We keep the condo maintained and the bedding clean and fresh. Both bathrooms are fully renovated and up to date. The roof top BBQ area and patio is also fantastic and the view is so spectacular it's hard to put it into words. You'll just have to go and experience it for yourself!

We love that from the Royal Mauian one can walk to the beach, swim and snorkel right out front of the building or just laze on a lounge chair on the ocean's edge. The heated ocean front pool is also very convenient if one would like a break from the salt and sand of the ocean/beach. If you don't enjoy snorkeling or water sports, you can still enjoy watching the turtles and the whales (Nov-May) as you sit on the 100 square foot lanai with your morning cup of coffee. The lanai faces west so is shaded during most of the day but from the lanai, one can enjoy the spectacular Maui sunset every evening.

Within minutes of the condo are great restaurants - Mexican, Thai, and American cuisine amongst many others. And who can forget SHAVE ICE shop or Cinnamon Roll Place right across the street! Or if you decide to eat in, there are grocery stores close by to purchase everything you need for quick lunches or to prepare dinner cooked in the gourmet kitchen or up on the roof top BBQ and patio area. It makes for a relaxing vacation amidst all the amenities that make this luxury condo and location a great place to come year after year. http://www.royalmauian.org
