Unsere Wohnung (Hale Kamaole # 201) befindet sich in einem der beliebtesten Ferienorte Hale Kamaole von South Maui und hat einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Strand und den Pazifischen Ozean. Kein Blick über die Dächer, zwischen Gebäuden oder durch Bäume, weshalb wir es als "Beste Aussicht auf Maui" bezeichnen!

Unsere Wohnung ist unser zweites Zuhause und wurde komplett renoviert. Wir sind auf der zweiten Etage (nur Treppenzugang) mit niemandem über Ihnen. Es ist eine große offene 2-stöckige 1277 sqft (119 qm) Einheit und kann bequem schlafen bis zu sechs. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt entspannend, angenehm und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, 2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit neuen Kingsize-Betten (eines oben und unten), 2 Bäder und ein separates Loft mit zwei Einzelbetten. Fernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses WLAN und kostenlose Ferngespräche ins US-Festland und nach Kanada.

Wenn Sie den Strand genießen, ist es nur 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt! Keine Notwendigkeit, Ihr Auto zu fahren und nach einem Parkplatz zu suchen. Nimm dir einfach die Keikis (Kinder), dein Handtuch, ein gutes Buch und laufe über die Straße zu einem der schönsten Strände und Parks von Kamaole III. Wir haben Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Strandtücher, Schnorchel, Masken, Flossen und andere Strandartikel für Ihren Gebrauch.

Unser Standort ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu beliebten Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Die Bootsrampe ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Viele der beliebten Wasserattraktionen gehen von hier ab, darunter der berühmte Molokini Crater Schnorchelausflug, Tauchen, Kajakfahren und andere Aktivitäten.

Eine Anzahlung von $ 200 ist erforderlich, um das Gerät zu reservieren und wird innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Check-out zurückgegeben, wenn keine beschädigten oder fehlenden Gegenstände vorhanden sind. Amazing Stay

We love this unit so incredibly much! I have been coming to Hale Kamaole for 40 years and this is BY FAR the best unit we stayed in. Its clean, well equipped, comfortable, and has tons of space for everyone. Not to mention the view, which is insane. We had an amazing vacation at your Kihei condo. The location was perfect, the view was stunning, and the condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Perfect location and amenities

Great Location

We stayed here for 4 nights with our kids and had a great time. The location is ideal because you are right next to the beach so it’s easy to get there as well as enjoy the views. There are also no obstructions blocking your view. Also the pool is nearby which our kids liked. The place itself was very clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed including a fully stocked closet with beach/pool supplies. It did tend to get hot in the late afternoon, but there were either plenty of windows to ventilate or the AC would quickly cool down the place.Overall a great experience if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Maui!

Is this heaven?

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is within easy walking distance to the ocean and many beach items are provided. Our family loved to snorkel and see the colorful and interestingly shaped fish. A Sea Turtle even stopped to say hello. The windows provide million dollar views and you can see Molokini from the condo as well. Wow. That's all I can say.

Great time

Overall it was great! Awesome location and a lot of fun. Only concern was the AC. It would get pretty toasty in the late afternoon. I believe all the units in Hale have the same system, so not a whole lot you can do without changin out the entire HVAC system. We would rent the unit again for sure!

The property is beautiful but due to us being there during the Coronavirus we couldn’t fully enjoy it and the area. Everything was closed or closing it’s doors. Micheal was very understanding in this very stressful time in that we needed to leave early and get back to Canada. Hopefully we will get to go back again and fully enjoy this property and area with our family.

Host was communicative and welcoming throughout the process. Views and proximity to the beach are great. Much of Kihei has homes with great views in close proximity to the road. The road noise does not bother out family as views of the beach, Molikini, and the island of Lanai (from the lanai) outweigh the slight white noise. We had a delayed flight on the day before Thanksgiving and the host was able to coordinate checkout a few hours later than normal, which was a blessing since we had returned late from Hana the evening prior. Allowed the kids to sleep in a bit longer while we cleaned up for checkout. Plenty of starter soap and paper goods provided. We used the time to run a few extra loads of towels and pre-clean to reduce workload for the cleaning service. The lanai closet was stocked with 4 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, a cooler, umbrella, and snorkel gear among other beach gear. Just keep track at the beach as most gear on the island appears appears to originate from Costco (Our family had fun noting all the same blue and yellow boogie boards). There is a 6-hour timer on each of the 3 mini-split head units to manage power consumption, but many units on the island advertise this. Some of the non-stick pans were beyond lifecycle and did not work well even with butter/oil, so these might need to be replaced soon. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would book again.

Our stay at "The Best View on Maui" was amazing! Plenty of room for our family of 4 including myself, my wife and 2 teens. And the view is absolutely stunning, you can watch the sunset every evening from the lanai or the comfort of the couch, or while making dinner in the well appointed kitchen.The owner, Mike, took the time to call and check in on us since we were there during the tsunami warning (which turned out to be no big deal). The tsunami did cause a few of our prepaid and scheduled activities to get rescheduled. Mike was very gracious and allowed us a late checkout so we could still get Molokini Crater snorkeling in on our last morning and come back to shower up before heading to the airport.The location is perfect, very close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery stores. There's a beach park that's never crowded directly across the street (1 min walk), where the waves are gentle and with lots of sea turtles we saw up close while snorkeling.Kihei is a great town to stay in on Maui because it's centrally located to all the cool things to do like Haleakala (get up at 3am to see the sunrise, TOTALLY worth it), 20 min from the airport, and only 50 min from Lahaina (definitely do the Lūʻau there).We would definitely stay here again!

Michael's condo was fantastic! The views are incredible, we could easily see whales throughout the day from every window and the lanai. Being right across the street from the beach and park was also great. We walked a few minutes farther to Kam 2 as it is a bit bigger beach and it had the best boogie boarding! I loved that the condo was so close to Wailea also and the shops and restaurants there. The condo itself was also great. Super clean, well updated and decorated. It was spacious and well-stocked. The only thing for folks to know is that there is some road noise. The condo enjoys the unobstructed views in part because it is right on the road. It did not bother us but for those sensitive to noise it could be a problem. Overall, I would stay here again. Michael was communicative and everything was perfect!

Well stocked, well kept, updated in recent years, newer a/c setup (no window shakers), very clean, always a score if there is availability in Hale Kamaole but this unit is amazing.Watched sunsets from our front row seats on the balcony or ocean side a short walk thru the park. Enjoyed being so close to the street, always something to see (scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, lots of pedestrian traffic in daytime). Convenient to parks, malls, restaurants, all within walking distance if you are physically able.Best unit in this complex.Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us and anyone fortunate enough to find availability.Highlights: OO Farms in Kula for their brunch/coffee/farm tour - teens loved the chameleons that were found in the foliage; information shared by staff throughout the tour was spot on; the food prepared by the chef & his assistant(s) was so wonderful/something not to be missed! The Molokini snorkel tour with the Pride of Maui tour was a great day and money well spent. Smaller group with higher ratio of staff to customers.The road to Hana tour company took our party of 5 to ensure we got to experience the tour as well as their very knowledgeable driver was most happy to work and share the local history.Thank you for a memorable vacation that we will all be reminiscing and sharing with the hope that more people will return to Kihei for their vacations.

We did in fact see whales

Other than that our stay in Maui was very good. We were right across the street from Kamaole III which is a nice beach though does have some rocky places. However it wasn't too crowded so we were able to swim, boogie board and play in the sand as much as we liked. We were there in January so the Whales were active and we were able to see them from the lanai, though I would recommend bringing your own binoculars as the ones in the condo leave a lot to be desired. The condo itself was pleasant though it did get a little warm and muggy during the hot part of the day. The A/C Units helped to stifle that as well as letting the outside air waft through. While it is nice to be so close to the beach and be able to see the whales from the porch one thing I hadn't counted on was the noise from the road outside. It didn't affect sleeping or anything but did make it more difficult to hear during the busier parts of the day. Fortunately we weren't in the condo all that much so this wasn't a huge issue. The only real downer was having to purchase our own bath soap, TP and paper towels. 7 nights is just too long for what was provided.

Aloha. Thank you for your review. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay, were able to swim at the beach, and were able to watch the whales breach from our lanai. What a special treat to see this! I'm sorry about the binoculars not working well. I will look into that right away. The air condition is just over a year old and we have it serviced regularly. I will have it checked. I noticed that you said the "ACs units helped" "as well as letting outside air in". I'm not sure if you did this, but the AC system will never work properly with any windows or doors left open. It is hard to estimate how much hand soap, TP, and paper towels our guests will use which is why we supply a starter kit. There may be times when the guest may need to purchase some extras of these items depending on often they are used. Much Aloha!

The grounds are beautiful, you are 30 seconds from the beach, and the view from our condo is stunning which is why we named it 'Best View on Maui'. We have been to most of the Islands and Maui turned out to be our favorite. Kihei is a great town with a little of everything. Great beaches, a variety of resturants, shops, cinemas, grocery and drug stores, and not as 'touristy' as other places. You are 30 seconds from the beach at our condo and Kihei is always sunny.

If you want to enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the whales and the paddle boarders or watch the sunset every night from where you are staying our condo will not disappoint. In addition we have 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, and barbeque islands for those of you who like to grill.
