Unwind in Bristol at our cozy family cottage—perfect for a small group, two or three young couples, or a family looking to slow down and enjoy lake life.
The cottage features a loft sleeping area for five with two queen floor mattresses on opposite sides of the ladder, offering comfortable separation for couples, plus an additional twin floor mattress in the loft. Downstairs sleeps 3-4 and includes a cozy curtained twin bunk cubicle and a comfortable full-size futon. All bedding and pillows are provided.

Our cottage has one full bathroom plus an additional outdoor hot water shower—perfect after lake days and adventures. Fresh Downey soft Towels included.

No A/C yet (coming next season!), but the cottage stays surprisingly comfortable with refreshing air movement coming off the lake. Loafs of windows create invigorating light and fresh air come for you. Room darkening shades also a plus!

Enjoy mornings and evenings on the large deck with comfortable cushioned seating, Create meals together on the Blackstone cooktop, or relax in the cargo net hangout space suspended above the kitchen—perfect for reading, quiet time, or simply doing nothing. Giant table for games puzzles or work study retreat.

Private lake access to NEWFOUND Lake is just 75 yards away, and we provide 8 river tubes and an air compressor for adventures. Additionally sandy Bristol Beach is a 1/4 mile walk. We can provide an exhaustive list of the NH area must-do and must-taste and see in the area. Lots of little whimsical extras at this cottage. Nice for two (close) small families. Girls weekend. Guys weekend. Any group of 8.

Our family has been vacationing on Newfound Lake for over 50 years, and we are excited to share this special place with others. This is our first year renting, and we look forward to adding more each season to make the experience even better. Photos feature our family rebuilding this cottage from the ground up in 2020.

Note: This cozy cottage features one large open-concept living space with an open sleeping loft above. Rather than separate bedrooms, the layout embraces classic cottage living—comfortable, simple, and designed for gathering together.
