Waterfront 3-Ebene Stadthaus ist neu renoviert mit neuen KĂŒche mit Granit und Edelstahl-GerĂ€te, Holzböden und neue Teppiche. Sobald Sie das Haus betreten, werden Sie sich mit schöner Aussicht auf Newfound See und die Berge genommen werden. Der Wohnbereich verfĂŒgt ĂŒber offene Konzept. Die Abgangs Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Sitzecke, einen Flachbild-TV und Ledersessel sowie einen faszinierenden Panoramablick auf den See. In der Tat gibt es Aussicht auf den See von jedem Zimmer. Esszimmer hat großen Esstisch mit Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen. KĂŒche hat auch große Halbinsel mit 4 Barhockern. Alle Utensilien und Geschirr sind ganz neu.

Excellent spot on the lake with great hosts and easy lake access via boat mooring and two beaches. The space is great for a group with a spacious master, second king bedroom, and third room with bunk beds and futon. Wonderful Condo on the Lake

Family Vacation 2023

Our stay was wonderful! We’ve spent the past 9 years staying in the Newfound Lake area for the week between Christmas and New Years skiing and visiting with friends that live in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bedding, linens and kitchen dishware and cooking equipment. Wonderful Townhouse

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay on Newfound Lake. The townhouse was perfectly clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need- sheets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies and more. When I said we’d be traveling with a one year old, the owners set up a crib with outlet covers near the crib, had a highchair ready to go in the kitchen, and even had baby gates ready for us at the stairs. We’ve never had such a seamless stay. The beach was perfect as well and we hope to come back again!

Great stay / fabulous condo

This is a very well appointed condo with every detail thought of. There are extra towels, linens, beach towels, pillows, and many kitchen implements, glasses and plates. The bed upstairs is in very good condition and comfortable. We didn’t use the other bedrooms, but they look very nice. The lake is quiet and peaceful with two great beaches a 5 minute walk away. We saw eagles and loons. Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful views of the lake

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo. There was nothing we needed. We had one issue come up, and Vasiliy was immediately responsive and helpful. The condo was spotless with plenty of towels and blankets, spices in the kitchen, and stunning views to enjoy from each floor. We spent the week hiking and found the location convenient to explore the Lakes region and the White Mountains. There were restaurants and groceries nearby, so we had privacy and a quiet spot on the lake, but amenities close at hand. It was a wonderful week!

Family Fun Found at Newfound (Lake)

The property is wonderful! More than just the condo, the vacation experience is shaped by the gorgeous, deep clear waters of Newfound Lake, the well-kept grounds, the accessible beaches, and the various water toys. Everything we needed was provided - linen (even the laundry hampers and soap) and dishes and cookware (even the dish soap, wraps, and cooking basics - oil, sugar, flour) - which allowed us to 'hit the ground running'. The unit was recently renovated and in excellent condition. Thoughtful touches - plenty of beach towels, toys and games - made it a fun and friendly place. The location is near great attractions: restaurants, parks, trails - major grocery convenient. This was a family reunion and we will definitely return!

Amazing!

The home clearly shows the pride the homeowner takes in their home and guest experiences. We greatly loved the updated and modern necessities that many lake homes don’t always offer. The layout of the home is superb, especially for multi-generation families. Each room had their own air split, well spaced out bathrooms and TV’s. The mattresses and pillows were excellent! The homeowners clearly communicate about how to best care for their home and all the amenities left us feeling like we were living in luxury. We look forward to booking again and becoming regular customers for years to come.

We were very pleased that this condo was exactly how it was featured on the website! We have rented many properties through Homeaway over the past 8 years and this rental was one of the cleanest and updated property we have ever stayed in. The layout with master suite on top floor, living area and kitchen on main floor and 2 more bedrooms downstairs was the perfect set up for our family. The downstairs bathroom was the only room that has yet to be renovated. The house had everything we could need. We especially loved the view of the lake and the modern kitchen. The owners were very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and my deposit was returned within the week. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental! Newfound Lake is beautiful and one of the cleanest lakes we have ever seen. The private small beach was nice. The tennis court can use an update but was very convenient to play at daily.

Clean, updated, great mountain view

This condo was newly updated amazing big mountain/lake view. Plenty of room for 2 small families to share the condo. The deck fits 4 people easily, 6 squeezing. If the bugs come out at night the screened in porch was amazing. The smaller beach is closer to condo, 1 minute walk. It is next to the dock with two levels of sand beach to sit on. Entering the water its slightly rocky but the rest of the water is sandy. The bigger beach is prob 3 minute walk. Alot less rocks on this one. The mourning is a great location closest to the dock to load and unload. The owners provided alot of extras, sand toys, noodles, life vests, towels for beach and bath, spices, zip locks, 2 large tubes. Only two things we noticed that was missing was hand wash clothes for the showers and air conditioning. We brought 3 fans w us but the condo still got hot in the middle of the summer. We hear they might be getting AC next year? It was a great week on a great lake.

Perfect spot on a perfect lake

Newfound Lake is a pretty big lake with really clear, clean water. Because of the lake's size, you can see gorgeous views across the lake, including Big Sugarloaf Mountain and many other peaks fading into the blue sky. When the wind picks up, you can see some small whitecaps on the water, but the sandy beaches are well sheltered by a bend in the shoreline and a couple of jettys. The beaches have a mild slope, making them great for wading with kids, swimming, or building sand castles. We rented the paddle boards and tooled all around the area. The kids swam every day, even though air temperatures were in the 70s. I brought a half wetsuit so I could more comfortably join them. We had some fantastic side trips including a visit to the Newfound Audobon Center with a really great nature center and a few miles of trails near the water, a trip to Concord for the McAuliffe-Shepherd science center (with planetarium), and even a 1 hour 15 minute drive to the Mt Washington cog train - a really memorable treat! There are some great adult-paced hikes at the Hebron Town Forest (access to Bald Knob and Mt. Crosby with views of Newfound Lake), and at the entrance to Little and Big Sugarloaf (parking across from Wellington State Park) Everyone we saw around the rest of the condos was super friendly. The condo unit was up to date and in great condition and stocked with everything we needed: books for all ages, toys, games, TVs with streaming subscriptions, and a baker's kitchen.

What a beautiful spot on Newfound Lake! The views from this property are spectacular! We got to see all the wonderful fall colors and enjoy this lovely place. The property is exactly as described. It is well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

About Us

We both grew up in Ukraine and immigrated to the Unites States in 1998. We have three kids and live in NH a year round. This is our only vacation home. We have fallen in love with Newfound lake years ago and wanted to purchase a vacation home for our kids. To ease the burden of paying it off we are renting a few weeks. We personally handle every aspect of the rental (i.e. cleaning, booking, marketing) Our townhome is not in a property management program which allows us to control and maintain the strict standard to which we hold our properties. We strive to continually improve the quality of the experience for our guests. We are always available to lend a hand or help out with an unforeseen obstacle. If you have special plans for someone (flowers,wine...) let us know how we can help. We love that kind of stuff. We hope you will give us the opportunity to share our home with you.
