This custom-built home located in the heart of New Hampshire's lakes and mountains region is the perfect place for a family vacation! Not only does it sleep 10, but the layout allows for 2-3 families to stay together without feeling cramped. You can enjoy all the activities Newfound Lake has to offer, such as swimming and fishing or use this home as a base for day trips to nearby attractions. Plus, you'll have access to a private, shared beach on the best side of the lake, with stunning sunsets.

-THE SPACE-
This large 3000sqft home is great for vacationing! With two bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom upstairs, there's plenty of space for family and friends. The living room, wet bar, high ceilings, and fully stocked kitchen give you all the comforts of home. And the outdoor patio is perfect for grilling out and enjoying the fire pit. The added bonus of a pool table and loft with 4 XL twin beds will make your vacation even more enjoyable. This home is the perfect place to make lifetime memories!

Please note that to reach the loft area on the third floor, a ladder is needed to be climbed which may not be suitable for all guests.

-GUEST ACCESS-
For your convenience, we offer a lockbox for self-check-in. This means you will be able to check-in quickly and easily, without the need for anyone to be present.

The driveway is large and can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles.

No parking is allowed in the garage or on the patio. Thank you for understanding.

*Our private shared beach is right across the street. Kayaks, paddle boards, floats and a handful of beach chairs are available for use located in the garage. Please note that getting to the beach requires walking across a busy street, then down a wooded path that may not be suitable for all guests. Please message us with any questions.

Newfound Lake is known for having some of the cleanest water in the world, so you'll be sure to have a great time when you explore its shores. Our beach also is shallow and sandy for quite a ways out which is perfect for little ones and families looking to play and float. Water shoes are recommended.

*No pets
*No one under 25 can rent the property
*No events or parties.
*Only approved guests that are on the rental agreement are allowed on the property.
*No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes in the house.
*Quiet hours after 10pm.
*Please remove shoes when entering

A violation of any of these rules will result in being asked to leave the premises with no refund.

Please note that the driveway is monitored by a security camera during stays. The camera is mounted above the garage door on the right hand side. No cameras or recording devices are anywhere else on the property.
