Make the most of sunny summer weather out on the front deck, complete with a picnic table, and enjoy all-season leisure in sunny den, featuring a comfortable sofa, love seat, and fireplace. At-home entertainment awaits in the lower living area complete with a poker table, bar, sofa seating, and a TV. In the evenings, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the TV. A central fireplace adds cozy home ambiance for chilly nights. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking.



Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. A common area bedroom space and a full bathroom are available downstairs. The loft area has been converted into an additional sleeping option.

HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.

✦No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

• Wristbands: Off-season $2/person/day; In-season (May 15-Sept 15) $8/person/day, $40/week, $100/month

• Additional vehicles: $15 each; Transaction fee: $20; Late fee: $25

• Guests must check in at the remote office (906 Rte 940, Pocono Lake, PA) before gate entry

Payments need to be made 5 days before check in time to avoid $100 Late registration fee
