- The property is nestled in a wooded area. There are no street lights, but the property does have motion sensor lighting on the deck
- Access to Arrowhead Lake community amenities requires an additional fee. In-season rates are $8.50 per person, per day, and off-season rates are $2 per person, per day. These fees are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of six. Additionally, a $20 transaction fee and a $20 vehicle fee apply. Registration must be completed at least three days prior to arrival. Late registrations (fewer than three days before arrival) incur a $100 fee. Same-day registration is not permitted and will result in cancellation at the guest's expense. Guests must contact the designated Guest Contact after booking to arrange payment. The late fee is determined by the Arrowhead Community Board and cannot be waived by the owner. The Guest Contact will reach out to collect these fees, but guests are responsible for ensuring communication by responding to calls or messages
- Providing an incorrect phone number or email address that results in a late fee or cancellation will not exempt guests from these charges, as the owner is unable to waive them
