SUNRISE VISTA SONORA

A Modern Pueblo home in Santa Fe's high desert, about fifteen minutes from the Plaza and Canyon Road's galleries. Five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a cedar barrel sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub, and a geodesic stargazing dome under some of the darkest skies in the Southwest — built for the kind of stay people remember, whether you're reuniting a multi-generational family, escaping with close friends, or chasing quiet mountain mornings and clear desert nights.

THE SPACE

Warm plaster tones, vaulted beamed ceilings, hand-picked Southwestern art, and natural light define the interiors. The great room anchors the home with a stone fireplace and connects to the chef's kitchen — oversized island, full-size appliances — and a long communal dining table where the whole group gathers for slow desert dinners. Multiple living areas, a dedicated game lounge (pool table, foosball, air hockey, poker table), and a fitness space ensure everyone finds their own rhythm.

The real magic happens outside. Soak in the cowboy pool and hot tub under open sky, warm up in the cedar barrel sauna, challenge yourself with the cold plunge, or gather around the glass-walled fire table as sunset paints the mountains. The crown jewel: a geodesic stargazing dome with telescope, positioned for the Southwest's darkest, clearest skies.

Three full bathrooms plus a half bath. The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests age 6 and older across five bedrooms, with additional bedding for up to 2 children under age 6. In-home washer and dryer.

Chef's kitchen with full-size appliances, a large island for prep and conversation, and thoughtful cooking basics. The oversized communal dining table gathers the whole party — no one sits alone. A wet bar and coffee station keep drinks flowing.

- OCCUPANCY: up to 10 guests age 6 and older, plus up to 2 additional children under age 6, per our short-term rental permit
- CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM
- MINIMUM AGE: the primary guest must be 25 or older
- QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, in keeping with our residential neighborhood and permit terms
- PETS: dog-friendly — up to 2 dogs with a $200 fee per pet. Other pets are not permitted.
- EVENTS: by prior approval only. Please reach out before booking if you're planning a celebration.
- The stargazing dome depends on clear skies. The cowboy pool, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are available year-round; usage guidance and safety notes are provided at check-in.
