Zusammenfassung
Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Haus im Santa Fe-Stil mit herrlichem Ausblick und drei schönen Wohnbereichen. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen schönen Innenhof, der perfekt für den Morgenkaffee ist, der den Sonnenaufgang beobachtet, und eine Terrasse, die perfekt ist, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Das Kokopelli House gehörte kürzlich einem Emmy-Preisträger. Es liegt auf 2. 3 Hektar mit Blick auf die Stadt Santa Fe. Wir sind eine Meile vom berüchtigten Santa Fe Platz entfernt. Es ist ein 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer mit drei großen Wohnbereichen. Das neu renovierte Spielzimmer verfügt über einen 15-Fuß-Projektionsfernseher, ideal für Sportfilme und besondere Ereignisse. Wir haben einen Billardtisch, einen 12-Zoll-Shuffleboard-Tisch sowie einen digitalen Babyflügel und zwei sehr schöne akustische Gitarren und eine Cajon für Percussion

Kokopelli verfügt über eine verbesserte Stereoanlage im Wohnzimmer, Alex in der Küche und ein formelles Wohnzimmer. Es verfügt über eine brandneue zentrale Heizung / Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude. Es gibt drei Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, eine große Küche und viel Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and two small kiddos. Plenty of room to spread out and the game room was a big hit. Easy access to town/ plaza and the ski area. Would definitely rent again. We especially enjoyed the sunset views and then the twinkling lights of Santa Fe from the main living area. The fire pits were wonderful gathering areas, also! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts and their house. Excellent communication from booking to check in with several restaurant and things to do recommendations. The spacious layout and great entertaining areas were perfect for our group. And Iast but not least the views from the sitting rooms and patios are second to none. Lots of great memories made around the fire pit on the back patio.

The house is spectacular! Several outdoor seating areas that feature amazing views and sunsets! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms and baths were clean and had needed towels and accessories. Kitchen was wonderful! Nicely stocked with anything needed for cooking and baking and great appliances. The location was great- easy to get around, close to town and lots of things we wanted to do. The owners were very responsive and offered lots of ideas for things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend this house!!

We stayed in home for a family gathering - 7 women and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful southwestern art, exquisite views of Santa Fe and surrounding mountains, and multiple large gathering spaces. The game room and outdoor patios afforded time to play and relax. The hosts were amazingly responsive and accommodating. If we are lucky enough to stay here again we will make it our go-to VRBO in Santa Fe!

A music student reunion spanning 35 years

This spacious home was an excellent location to the Opera and Downtown area. The outdoor area with fire pit and seating was the perfect space for relaxation. Chef Kirstin Griffin provided an outstanding 5 course dinner in the home. The owners were quick to answer questions both before and during our stay. David, the manager, was also very helpful with a Wifi issue.This five bedroom home with a piano was the ideal place for our special memorable experience.

An Amazing Home

This property was fantastic in every way. The home was exactly as described, stocked well for a large group and lots of information provided to make sure our stay was great and we were able to comfortably enjoy the home. There were spaces for our group to find a place to relax alone. The location was very close to downtown but also close to the major roads to explore Taos and Los Alamos. Could not have been any better. We will definitely pass it on to friends.

Our group of nine had a wonderful stay over the 2024 Christmas holiday! The house was beautiful and more than accommodated our family. Amazing views and great gathering places

We recently spent 5 days with a group of 4 couples in this fantastic property. The views are unparalleled and home is fantastic. There are 4 great indoor gathering places and 3 outdoor areas. There is a fun gameroom with a movie theater size screen that we could watch the nba playoffs and movies. Each bedroom was comfortable and well sized and there are 4 full baths to complement the bedroom count and even a half bath. The kitchen is fantastic and spacious with enough room for us to cook together. We had a terrific time - Thank you!!!

Camelia and I bought Kokopelli Santa Fe in 2017. We are from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I'm in the technology business and Cam works in the dental field. We both wanted a vacation home we could enjoy away from all the normal pressures of life. Kokopelli is an amazing place to do just that. We've spent a lot of time building the game room with wonderful amenities, new HVAC was installed in 2018. The master bathroom and master bedroom are brand new.

The property sits above Santa Fe and has amazing views from all sides. Kokopelli Santa Fe is conveniently located to everything. We've invested in the home to create a comfortable and beautiful place to visit.
