Room was nice and clean. Check in was super easy. Great location and very kid friendly. I actually think it was better in person than in the pictures. I will definitely try to book with this host again in the future

I loved our condo! It was perfect for my son-in-law and two granddaughters and me, their grandmother. It was spacious and sparkling clean with every amenity you could think of. It is right on the beach and the girls loved the pool while my son-in-law loved long walks on the beach. Close to fabulous restaurants. We had a minor plumbing issue and the owner was right on it without any disruption to our vacation. I highly recommend staying there! The owners are great!!

Great stay for our family of 7. The property was clean and spacious. The check-in process was simple. Communication with the hosts was good and they were very accommodating. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed for meals. You may want to bring a few of your own bath towels to supplement the ones provided. The majority of the neighbors were super friendly as well which was a plus! We’d definitely stay in this unit again!

This unit was perfect! Clean, tastefully decorated, accommodating. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths , tv in living room and master bedroom. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything needed, mixer, crock pot, pots pans, and more. You are close to everything. Walking distance to beach, indoor pool, free parking and nearby Barefoot landing. Host was very good at responding. I would definitely stay again and recommend. It is hard to find units to accommodate a larger family.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was right on the beach which was what we wanted. It was very easy access. The indoor and outdoor pool were also very nice. Our kids loved them and the hot tub! The owner responded quickly when we had questions about the AC being adjusted and where to find the parking passes. The building was nice. It was nice having the luggage carts to help carry everything up to the condo. Parking was also convenient. The only things I noticed were: there wasn’t a whole lot of silverware in the kitchen, the coffee maker had grounds left in them from the last use, and the refrigerator had a very fishy smell. I would suggest the first bedroom in the hallway to have some kind of curtains like the other bedrooms.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, we moved to Aiken, South Carolina many years ago and frequent the coasts of South Carolina for vacation. We take our three children to the beach several times a year, and we think this is the perfect place to share a memorable beach experience.

We fell in love with Windy Hill, particularly Waterpointe 1 as it is ideal for families, has just the right amount of amenities and is in close proximity to some of our favorite spots, such as Barefoot Landing and Native Joe's Scoop & Grind.

Our unit has recently been updated with all new flooring and paint throughout, and we've also added an entertainment buffet table, complete with a mini fridge, games, and popcorn maker. And of course, you can't beat the ocean front view!
