Emerald Cove I ist eine 9-stöckige, mittelgroße Luxuswohnung im Herzen des ruhigen, familienorientierten Abschnitts Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach. Es ist verkehrsberuhigt und befindet sich dennoch in der Nähe von Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Live-Theater, mehreren Einkaufszentren und Golfplätzen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Pool und einen Whirlpool.

Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung in der 5. Etage wurde kürzlich im November gekauft und komplett renoviert. Schiebetüren vom Hauptschlafzimmer und der Höhle bieten einen spektakulären Blick auf das Meer und den Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem eigenen Bad mit Whirlpool, zwei Waschbecken und einer separaten Dusche. Es hat Schiebetüren für einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer sowie einen neuen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher mit eingebautem DVD.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes geräumiges Bad. An der Wand montierter Flachbildfernseher und DVD. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit angrenzendem Vollbad und einen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher.
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, die für ein Queensize-Bett ausgeklappt werden können, wenn zusätzlicher Raum benötigt wird. Es hat auch eine Liege zum Anschauen neuer Flachbildfernseher, DVDs, Videorecorder oder Stereoanlagen.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über viele Geräte für die einfache Nutzung. Neues Kochgeschirrset für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse.

Alle Bäder und Flure haben neue Fliesenböden. Schlafzimmerböden haben neuen Teppich.


Überlaufparkplätze stehen Ihnen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite zur Verfügung.

Perfect location!

The beach views and morning sunrise were spectacular. Close to everything, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. The condo had plenty of space - 3BR/ baths gave each of us our own space and the common areas were great for gathering. My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the sunshine

Mimi’s Getaway Vacation

We found Mimi’s to be very clean with great amenities in a great location centrally located to the area we enjoy. Great views of the beach and pool area. HVAC worked perfectly and the condo was equipped for all our needs. It was a great vacation for us and we hope to return soon!

Pam is a great host, and her condo did not disappoint! Plenty of space to accommodate our group of 6 adults for the week. Great location in North Myrtle Beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly the way it's described, and we felt right at home. The location was great: close to shopping, mini golf, and many restaurants. It was never too crowded, although it's possible that spring break isn't the busiest time of year. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Mimi's Getaway for a week. The condo was clean, spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped. The views were beautiful and the location was great. Pam was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience

The condo is beautiful and comes with great amenities. The oceanfront view from the master bedroom is wonderful. You can even access the balcony from the master bedroom directly to watch the sun rise. The Windy Hill area is very quiet too. I can't wait to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Mimi's Getaway. The condo was very comfortable and the the kitchen was stocked better than any condo I have ever rented. We really enjoyed the sunrise over the Atlantic and even the full moon too. Pam was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful Condo With Awesome Views

We absolutely loved this condo and the owner was so nice to work with. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the balcony is very large and spacious.The entire condo is very roomy and clean. Loved this place!

This condo is super clean and comfortable. It’s just a few blocks from Barefoot landing. The balcony is huge with nice furniture. Beds are comfortable. Beach is easy to get to. Pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing. People are friendly and it just felt safe and inviting. The host is very friendly and my wife loved her decorations. Check in and out is simple. I highly recommend this condo and will no doubt be back.

Perfect Family Getaway

Condo could not have been in a better spot. Very convenient to everywhere, while also in an area with a quiet street (no car noise at night). Large balcony with great furniture—could sit there all day and be content. Clean pool open til 10 with a hot tub. Well manicured beach access. Loved the bedrooms each having their own bathroom, and the washer/dryer made doing laundry easy. One elevator but never had to wait. Property was so clean and my entire group (ages 2mo, 6y, 9y, 38y, 42y, 69y and 70y) loved this spot. Also, I messaged the owner thru VRBO to ask a question when we arrived and she promptly called me. Very obvious this place is well loved and well taken care of—would definitely book again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo was great, we loved the fact that it had two king bedrooms, a room for the kids and individual bathrooms. The kitchen was quite large and well stocked. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach was not too crowded. However, access to the building was difficult, the lobby was always locked and you had to fumble around for the keys. The onsite parking was also difficult, space in the garage is tight for a full size vehicle, the condo does provide an offsite lot, but it is a walk a way. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to visit North Myrtle Beach again in the near future!

Beautiful Inside Decorations

I loved this condo, it was so beautifully decorated to fit the ocean view we had on our balcony! Everything was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of room for sleeping and leisure time. Although parking was a bit small space and confusing at first it was convenient and not too busy. The pool and hot tub wasn’t up and running. We were a little disappointed about that, temperature was cooler than expected so we couldn’t enjoy the outside as much as we hoped. Over all no complaints at all! Definitely will be rebooking soon!

We owned a two bedroom condo for eleven years. With our growing family of twin grandsons, we needed a larger place and were fortunate enough to find our dream home, right on the ocean. We are within walking distance of our other condo so we are still in our favorite area. We love being here with friends and family. That is what vacation is all about.

We have always loved this section of North Myrtle Beach. Windy Hill has a wide beach and has minimal traffic. Close proximity to the airport, golf and shopping are always a plus.

Only a few steps to the water. Para-sailing and banana boats rentals are a few blocks away. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and grocery store only a mile away. Fifth floor unit gives wonderful panoramic view of the beach.
