The Space:

Our spellbinding 9BR Champion’s Gate house invites you on a one-of-a-kind vacation journey. Accommodating 16 guests with 17 beds and 5 baths spread across two floors, this home ensures everyone in your group has space to unwind.



On the first floor, discover two luxurious King Suites with plush bedding and a modern living and dining space designed for entertaining. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your hungry adventurers. Step into the Avatar-themed Glow Game Room for a night of intergalactic fun, featuring a PS5, pool, air hockey, foosball, and more! Enjoy the privacy of your own oasis in the enclosed pool and lanai, perfect for outdoor dining and lounging under the clear Florida skies.



The magical journey continues on the second floor, housing the enchanting Star Wars Movie Theatre Loft, creating a galaxy-far-far-away ambience for movie nights. Get lost in the whimsy of our Frozen-themed room, energize in the Avengers-themed room, feel the enchantment in the Harry Potter dorm and be greeted by the timeless charm of the Mickey Mouse-themed room.



For guests seeking a simpler touch, our cozy twin room and peaceful King room are sanctuaries of relaxation. The spacious King Suite on this floor offers tasteful décor and ample space to unwind after your day's adventures.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the home using an electronic key pad with a code generated specifically for their stay. This code provides 24-hour access throughout the duration of your visit and assures your privacy and security. Onsite, free parking is available for your convenience.

~We require a refundable hold of $2000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $100 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

~ We impose a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest, a $1000 fine for smoking.

While the property is pet-friendly, please note that smoking, parties, or events are not permitted. For ensuring the property's condition, a refundable hold of $1000 is applied to your card for potential damages, but this can be replaced by a $50 damage waiver coverage fee.
