Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Spacious dining room and kitchen for a large family. Outdoor patio with bbq and pool area for summer fun, with its own outdoor bathroom. Nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.

The host was so accomadating with out large crew. we were able to get into the house a bit earlier which was so helpful. I left my passport in the draw and the host mailed the out to us the next day! I cant thank her enough!

The main issue is the house was the cleanliness. You were asked to remove your shoes, but immediately you went end up with black feet lol the house has been used and abused and very worn chairs etc but super accommodating for a large group. The kitchen had so many hosting platters to choose from - that was awesome. The kitchen also has two refrigerators, which was very convenient. The pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. The outside yard was dirty as heck. I spent 15 minutes cleaning up garbage in yard/bushes before my family got there overall had a good time. I looked outside and there’s was man spraying around the back property, which was unexpected an uncomfortable bec we had small children wasn’t sure what he was spraying. Wished it could’ve been taken care of prior to my arrival. Overall good vacation home for a group.

Wonderful for Large Families

This is great house for large groups that have kids. The host was super receptive and helpful with any small issues that came up, like toilet paper and towels. Highly recommended if in the Orlando area.

There was a bedroom that was not made up. The upstairs air handler was dripping and there was a large puddle in the middle of the living area. Other dirty spots such as the refrigerators.

First of all, this property is beautiful and clean. It is very spacious and accommodated our family perfectly with room to spare. Super close to Disney parks which made going and coming so much smoother. The host, Jackie, was also very easy to communicate with and was so nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any large family wanting a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Hello Tamara, I’m quite disappointed that you decided to write this review despite us doing everything in our power to correct this anomaly and giving you back significant compensation for any troubles. I did all that I could out of goodwill yet you still decided to be unkind and unforgiving. As I mentioned to you before, the house hadn’t been occupied in about a month since the summer. Unfortunately since we are in Florida, a couple bugs probably came through from outside but immediately died due to the regularly professional bug spray service we have. Because you didn’t tell me until midnight, I couldn’t get anyone out there until first thing in the morning. You also stopped responding to my request to help you before your event and only responded again to ask me for compensation after your stay. My cleaner took care of it immediately and our handyman got the garbage disposal fixed right away too. Such a minor thing as that caused you to give us 2 stars despite everything else we provided and corrected. As anyone else can tell from our previously only 5 star reviews, this was a very unexpected occurrence. We always do our best to make probably keep our guests happy. It’s unfortunate that there was absolutely no way to make you happy regardless of how much we sincerely tried.

Perfect property and location for peaceful family holiday!

Jackie’s property was as advertised and perfect for our annual Thanksgiving family get-together. Jackie our host was very friendly, professional, responsive to any questions we had! Check-in was very easy, and unlike many neighborhoods in the Kissimmee area, the security personnel were very friendly and worked quickly to get all the cars into the gated community. Very quick to get in and out of the community as the toll road exit is right next to the neighborhood. Property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet during the day and at night. Pool and spa heat was very responsive natural gas as opposed to heat-pumps which can take time to warm up. The pool and spa were very good sized, and the kids had a blast! We also enjoyed the generous seating in the dining area and living room, as well as the second fridge. Would absolutely stay again! A+

Golf getaway

8 physicians on a guys golf trip. The house is in a great location. We have stayed in Encore Reunion for at least the last 10 years. This house is the best equipped house we’ve stayed in. Plenty of dish ware and utensils as well as small appliances. If you’re coming with kids I’d recommend some plastic dinner and glass ware since the first floor is tiles. Anything that is dropped is likely yo break. The rooms were all nice and had ceiling fans. I will mention that 2 of the bedrooms are really only usable for kids since they have very small bunk beds with minimal mattresses. That was an issue with 8 adult males. Pool and hot tub and outdoor area were very nice. Overall id definitely book this again.

We came into town for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center! The house was PERFECT for our group and about a 30 minute drive to the tournament! So much fun and such a great area to stay! Highly recommend this house!!!!

Family Gathering

The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. The property was very clean and provided everything necessary for our stay besides food and drinks. (However, a few large serving spoons would be helpful.) Even when there was an air conditioning problem, the owners were very quick about responding and trying to fix the problem. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.
