* 🎉 No parties, events, or large gatherings
* 👥 Registered guests only — no unauthorized visitors
* 🚨🌙 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with Jamaica Beach city ordinances and are enforced by the Jamaica Beach Police Department 🚨
* 🏊 No diving in the pool
* 👶 Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, canal, and outdoor decks
