BRAND NEW build in November 2024 - Canal front home - Located in Sea Isle, Galveston.
4 Bedroom ensuites (7 beds) and 4 full/2 half bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.
Key amenities include - multiple large, covered patios for eating and lounging/relaxing, elevator access, fully stocked kitchen, ice machine (makes 250 lbs. per day), two washer and dryers, office area, heated pool, outside bar, boat dock, fish cleaning station, boat lift and so much more. Our “Isle Be Back” property is brand new and ready for you to enjoy! It’s a great location for hosting friends, family, or business associates. Being close to the marina, bars, restaurants, boat launch and 0.8 of a mile from the beach makes it the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing escape.
The main living space (second floor) has a spacious open-concept, fully stocked kitchen including double ovens, ice machine, beverage center with wine fridge, walk-in pantry and laundry room. It’s a chef’s dream kitchen for those planning to host family holidays. The dining and living room include a gas fireplace, surround sound system, 65 inch Smart TV as well as a large island for additional seating. A perfect spot for a cozy night in watching movies! From here, guests can access the front and back decks including a walkway that accesses the sun deck over the boat dock which is great for watching the boats up and down the canal. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy a drink on the deck at sunset? Also included on the second floor is a powder bathroom and the primary bedroom (king bed and ensuite bathroom).
Take the stairs or elevator up to the third floor and find three additional bedrooms (secondary king suite, queen, and bunk room - (two queen beds and two twin beds) with ensuite bathrooms, card/game room attached to bunk room, office area with monitor, printer/scanner as well as beverage center with Keurig coffee maker and second laundry room. The third floor has access to another large outdoor deck space with beautiful bay views and comfortable furniture and a daybed swing to sit and relax with a good book and enjoy the ambience of the canal and bay views.
All bedrooms have premium linens, plenty of pillows, and extra blankets. We spared no expense for the comfort of our guests! Each bedroom also has a smart TV, luggage racks, ceiling fans, sound machine/clock. Bathrooms will have the essentials (toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, blow dryer and plenty of towels).
The first floor/ground floor has an outdoor bar with an additional full-size refrigerator, sink, and ice machine (250 lbs per day), heated pool, outdoor bathroom (with shower), fire pit, propane grill (propane included), and outdoor table along with lots of comfy patio seating. We provide the amenities; you provide the fun!
Want to spend the day on the water? We have a private dock and motorized boat slip, fish cleaning station and room to fish off the boat dock.
In addition to all of this, Isle Be Back also features - a whole house generator, water filtration system, Mistaway mosquito system, Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets of various sizes, pool floats, bikes, helmets, games, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, utility wagon, combination safe in Primary bedroom, pack and play and high chair.
