* No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free unit. A $250 fine applies for cleaning services if smoking occurs.

* No Parties/Events: We maintain a peaceful environment. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

* Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
* Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit after 11:00 PM.
* Energy Saving: Please turn off the AC units when leaving the apartment to help us stay eco-friendly.
